      Everything is great, the gym is never crowded and there is plenty of parking. The only issues are being charged for valet trash service when your trash is hardly picked up and the frequent vehicle break ins.

        I have been pretty satisfied here. The shopping is near by with with grocery stores, Sunset Valley and access to Mopac highway. There are also a couple of parks that are nearby for walking and looking at all the trees.

                I've been delighted with the management team at The Brodie. In the ten months I've been living here my hot water heater, dryer and kitchen sink have been replaced. The maintenance team has been quick to respond and fix any problems.
