Everything is great, the gym is never crowded and there is plenty of parking. The only issues are being charged for valet trash service when your trash is hardly picked up and the frequent vehicle break ins.

I have been pretty satisfied here. The shopping is near by with with grocery stores, Sunset Valley and access to Mopac highway. There are also a couple of parks that are nearby for walking and looking at all the trees.

I've been delighted with the management team at The Brodie. In the ten months I've been living here my hot water heater, dryer and kitchen sink have been replaced. The maintenance team has been quick to respond and fix any problems.

Move in was a literal nightmare but I love my apartment and the complex. For the amenities, you get a lot of band for your buck. Wish the office was a little more compassionate to the needs of their tenants and tight deadlines

I moved into this complex because of the no restrictions on dog breeds, since Bell Partners took over there are now dog breed restrictions which I find antiquated and severely prejudicial. I think they need to change this policy

Ever since I've moved in I've had nothing but problems with management neighbors, facility/recreational/amenity needs. I've gone to you with my concerns and I feel like nothing gets solved, Solutions just keep getting pushed back or ignored.
