BEWARE! Poor management, overly priced, NIGHTMARE after move-out.
My husband and I lived here for an year. And while our experience living there was average, it has turned into a nightmare after moving out!! We wish we had listened to the other reviews about getting "nickel and dimed" for damages on move out!ā¦Ā See More >10/22/2022

Wonderful place to live!! Friendly, accommodating, efficient Management and Maintenance staff. Convenient covered parking access, cleanliness all around, beautiful landscaping, and of course so many amenities within a short distance. I highly recommend.

This is generally a good property that is close to everything. However, the interiors are dated and crumbling and not a good value and you cannot do basic things like automatic payment.

Great location! Easy access to numerous bus routes, and can walk to Central Market through the park. The staff is friendly and helpful. To top it off, our apartment got all new appliances before moving in!

The community is quiet and the location cannot be better. I do not own a car and never feel like I am missing out. The greatest amenity is having Central Market in my backyard.

This is a great community in the perfect location - close to anything you would need and minimizes driving so very environmentally friendly. Central Market, shops, hardward store, banks, post office and even Starbuck within a very close walk.
