The Management is either posting these reviews or bribing residents to write them. The apartment is fine, nothing spectatular, and quite cheaply built, but the renewal terms stink. They lure you in at a cheap rate then jack up your lease terms when it's time to renew. When you tell them they are too high the response you get is "we are 90% occupied for that apartment type". Meanwhile in my building of 16 apartments I count 5 recient vacancies.
Anyway who cares about the "hip new leasing office". How does that relate to the fact that the lights at the tennis court have been broken for weeks, and every time the sprinklers turn on the parking lot floods? This place is WAY too big for the management to care about and one tennant, and they are not shy about making you feel that way.
Oh, by the way, make sure you get a good paid parking spot when you move in because parking in the "fabulous foothills" sucks!
