Do not rent at Iron Rock Ranch

Thirty (30) days and counting since move-in and no improvement or communication. Overall, poorly managed and supervised; there is no sense of accountability. 3 weeks ago I put in a maintenance request with no call back and hasn't been fixed yet. Other stuff that indicates staff doesn't have it together. No one even told me how the pool Works I just went and couldn't get in.

I always was pleased with the maintenance guys to solve for repairing and replacing. I love my luxury apt so much. This apt is my best ones. Everything at stores and offices are near here. Easy for transportation.

It's been mostly good but maintenance takes forever. I've put in requests where it has taken them over a month to fix the issue. This includes a broken fridge and a leak coming from my ceiling. Other than that the property is great.

Front office doesn't usually answer the phone but when they do answer the phone they are really helpful.. it also takes maintenance time to do work orders. Other than that the community is beautiful..

It's really hasn't been a good experience it even got worse with Tipton taking over. It's takes forever to get maintenance and in touch with management. I also think my charges for water are outrageous

The townhomes are a great size, especially for the cost of rent. The appliances are probably older, but any replacements are new and of decent quality. Consistent (but not heavy) litter issue. Lots of parking. Doesn't feel too closed-in because of grassy spaces.

Overall great! Beautiful community and mostly great folks. Very slow to get maintenance handled, though maintenance staff is amazing when they do come around. Office staff is very hard to reach and have seen multiple change overs of staff.
