No action being taken despite multiple thefts. The rent is also higher compared to the market price. No security cameras around the community. Mail rooms are not secure. No complaints about trash collection. Apartments are not maintained by cleaning spider webs on time.

Unsecured place. Rent is too high and maintenance is not at all good. I would definitely wish to move out of Riata after my lease ends. Lot of thefts and management doesn't even care about taking actions

Bell partners are by far not a good community care I raised a request that the restroom water leakages and it did not fixed so far my water rates are more, these are excuse personality and not the go guy I recommend to any one

I find this apartment to be very secured and clean. Every time I have any issues in my apartment, they come out quickly and resolve them. Also the amenities here make them a plus. Very comfortable and nice place to live.

Riata Community is best place to live, we have here best Gym , Best maintained swimming pool. Lake is very near and walkable its like keeping cherry on top of ice. Near to HEB and we have many parks and walkable track

lease and mantaince staff helpful, still dont' know my neighbors. Dog parks unkept allthough dog wash well stocked. Community events months well announced. Packages misplaced by package service. Gates often not working so why have them?

Pros - The apartment is in a good location. The maintenance team is helpful. Cons- Very poor experience with the management. They are not very helpful when it comes to issues- packages go missing very often, they charge you for services that do not work.

Community is good. BUT, the break-ins targeting Indian communities is horrifying and very concerning. Secondly it has taken a lot of time to get the maintenance issues resolved when I moved in. I didn't even get a trashcan on move in.

Pros: Useful facilities and nice gym. Good for walking with nice trails. Cons: Issues with property upkeep: littering, dirty building hallways, overflowing mailroom trash cans, neglected pools (except main pool). Overall, shared facilities could be cleaner too.
