I currently live at these apartments but have lived there for less than a year.

I had property stolen shortly after I moved in but the overall safety in the complex is good.

There have been a few maintenance issues but the maintenance staff have been helpful and quick. I was told I was only the second tenant in my apartment but there seems to have been a lot of wear and tear. The carpet is a nice berber but like some inexpensive berber carpets do, it snags and runs like panty hose! I also have a leak through the fireplace that was not fixed when I reported it. It only leaks when it rains really hard, though.

The parking here is ok. It seems that the assigned, covered parking is farther than it should be for the respective apartment buildings.

The office staff is nice and helpful but some of the things I have asked of them have fallen through the cracks. They do not always open the office at the posted office hours.

There is some construction noise and the lawn maintenance crew gets started way too early sometimes. Earlier than the 10:00pm to 8:00am "quiet time". As far as general noise, the doors to the apartments slam because of the door closers on them so I can sometimes hear doors slamming throughout the building. I live on the third floor so my neighbors may have more noise complaints than me.

Overall, I love my apartment. The floorpland is great and the rooms are spacious. The apartments are convenient and there are many shopping opportunities nearby. I very much enjoy the hot tub, pool, and exercise room. I wish there was more green space for walking and more recreational space like a sport court.

I am pleased with the rent I currently pay but I expect the "deal" I got to be over and my rent to go up more than $200 when my lease is up. If this is the case I will probably move into a house.
