We are disappointed with this complex. Our A/C unit broke in July, and management did nothing to reimburse us for rent for the days the A/C was broken. The maintenance staff is not the issue; they were helpful. However, the right thing to do would have been to put us in a hotel, but at a MINIMUM would have offered to pro-rate rent. After pushing for this, we were denied. Their choice to offer good customer service, but it's our choice to renew our lease or not. We will not be renewing. Very disappointing.
