The only good thing about this complex is that it´s close to the A&M campus. The clientele is fine too, mostly foreign students that can walk to school. Other than that I really didn´t enjoy it. Maintenance wasnt prompt, in addition I had to prove the guys that I wasnt mistreating the dishwasher but it was just a couple of decades old to cause problems. I even had to remind the management in every some weeks for some problems so that they´d bother to stop by. And I have to mention the LOST kitchen stuff too. I can´t blame anyone really for some glass, bucket or a wall-mart watch but it´s a bit annoying that you dont know who is entering the unit and stuff just disappears.
The rent might look reasonable but you´ll face HIGH electric bills because of poor isolation. My neighbours next door paid more than $200 once and it´s just a 2 bedroom apt. We got away with $180.
It´ll be so hard to find an available washer or a dryer and that one probably wont work, if it works it´ll suck all your quarters, Never seen such bad piece of equipment.
The neighborhood is going down fast, it was surrounded by old cheap houses with students in it when I was first there. By the time I left it wasn´t very safe to walk around at night time.
As for the last and the least, Rachel´s snobby, witchy attitude: for such a great job they all do there!!!!
