Resident 2005 - 2014

12/31/2014

I have lived here through through four different management regimes and I am leaving. This place is some kind of classical study in degeneration. From a place that was really fun to live in, with professional people in coats and ties and unlimited alcohol and food at the happy hours, the attendees are all black now with a policeman to see there are no fights. What can I say? There used to be all kinds of things to do here. There was a half basketball court , water volleyball in the summer, a movie theater to watch the Super Bowl, a beautiful Mediterranean decor in the clubhouse with a European atmosphere. But with each successive management "team," the amenities dwindled to nothing and the place looks like it was done by Target. It's amazing how a set of people with the skills it must take to run a complex, can reduce the quality of life with each generation. All they do is to remove any reasons to live here unless you are the type who lives all alone and doesn't go out much or care to know anybody. Those who took over have killed the soul of the place, and it will never, never return.
