This my third year living here, and more likely than not I'll live here for the rest of my time at A&M. The management has improved dramatically during my stay here so far. The front desk staff and the RAs are really nice and will go out of their way to be accommodating (especially -----------------). They host a lot of events, and everyone gets involved, it's a really fun atmosphere.
Another great thing here is the other residents. It's actually a pretty diverse mix of people (different places, ethnicities, etc.). Just like A&M at large, you can definitely find a niche here that you could fit in with.
It's also really conveniently located. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk from here to a lot of major places on campus (MSC, Wehner, Engineering Building).
Only real downside for me is the second floor piano is kind of out of tune, but I definitely would recommend this to anyone of any year.
