I have been a current resident at the summit for almost 1yr. I love the residents that I can call neighbors. The maintenance guys are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely renew my lease with them. On another note I would like to see the activities that are emailed to us and left on our door continue. I believe it brings a great ambience to the complex. more

I've lived here for over two years, one year in the city flats and over a year in the townhomes. The management is fantastic; Derrick, Carla, and Gabby always are quick to resolve issues. Maintenance is always prompt and professional. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking in the uptown area. more

We LOVE living here!! Not only is the location perfect and close to everything Uptown and Oak Lawn has to offer. We have been residents the past two years and decided to move to a second floor apartment for a bit more space. What normally would be a stressful time was not at all. The whole team has been exceptional in making the transition easy. The maintenance team really goes above and beyond more

I've lived here for over a year. I did have some major issues upon move in but management addressed and resolved in a timely manner. I've been through 3 management changes and all were very professional. I am one of the few residents that have grass in their yard and think it's unfair for those paying more for yards with no grass. Not a good selling point. I can see the more

Woodbridge is the perfect place to live if you value a quiet place. For me, this was the number one criteria I had when I went apartment hunting. Since living in Woodbridge I haven't been disappointed. The 2x2 apartment is very spacious and was cleaned thoroughly before I moved in so they take care of their units. The staff is incredibly friendly, I have had no troubles with them ever which more

Since the beginning of 2015, there was been a major problem with parking. If you don't get home before 7:00pm, good luck finding a parking space. This is a very large property and I am often parking half a mile away from my apartment. Management doesn't seem to care. Their solution is that you pay an additional 25 dollars a month for covered parking. Its not like my building has more more

Got 600ish square foot one bedroom. The apartment is kinda gross; it's definitely not a slum or anything, but the bathtub was covered in a thick film that required a Mr Clean Magic Eraser to clean off (tried everything else) and the bathroom wall has hair that I guess was hairsprayed onto it and is now painted into the wall. Carpet is pretty gross and it smelled like a dog when I moved in. I more

I have lived at McCallum Highlands for about 4 years, and absolutely love it. After jumping around from place to place for years, it's been really nice to find something that actually feels like home. Yes, these are small apartments (1 bedroom/ about 550 sq. feet) but I find it's perfect for one person living alone. Units come with a washer/dryer, which is a plus. And it's a one more
