I lived here for 13 months and absolutely loved it. I was bummed out when my lease ended this past Sunday. The ONLY reason I did not renew my lease was because of the location (toll roads) and I got a letter saying if I were to renew my lease my rent would go up about $100. During the summer, the pool is a lot of fun! If your neighbors are grilling, they will ask you to join. Maintenance always more

Horrible place to live. I have been here three years. I am leaving at the end of my lease. The valet trash is a joke. They pick up when they want.air conditioner and heating constantly break down They do a patch job everytime. The office people are rude and unhelpful. They finally updated the appliances but only increased your rate to compensate the update. Pets crap everywhere and it's more

The Versailles Apartments

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! My experience at this apartment has been TERRIBLE!!! I am moving as soon as my lease is up. The office staff is very friendly while you are leasing but once you become a resident prepare for the WORST. Corporate makes things up and is constantly changing. Formal communication is a notice on your door. No phone call or e-mail. I was promised new carpet..didn't more

As of Nov 1, 2014, Advenir is now Sunset Terrace Apartments (again). It was Sunset Terrace before it was Advenir as well. Please keep this in mind when reviewing their ads on different apartment search sites, as they are recycling ads from when they were previously Sunset Terrace, so some of the info is not current or even valid. I was very hopeful when new management/owners took over, but my more

West End Station Apartments

800 Ross Avenue, Dallas, TX 75207

What's not-so-good: DART is downstairs. The rail isn't too noisy, it's just the people who hang out there that are the problem. The crowd that is there at night is intimidating and regardless of time, you will see unpleasant things. The pool area is nice, but with 3 stories surrounding it, there isn't much sun. You will hear your upstairs neighbors. The mandatory valet trash more

Atera Apartments Dallas (formerly Madison at Cedar Springs)

4606 Cedar Springs Road, Dallas, TX 75219

My experience with Atera was very rocky. The apartments themselves are great--I love the layout and design. They are very spacious, uniquely designed, and very affordable for the amount of square footage. The grounds are great--I love the pool and all of the community events. Everyone that lives there is so fun and friendly. All around, just a beautiful place...on paper. I have since moved more

Bluff's Of Lakewood

7510 E Grand Ave, Dallas, TX 75214

05/01/15 by anonymous:
Some of these reviews are just misleading! The entire area surrounding the Bluffs is undergoing substantial urban revitalization and rents in this area are rapidly rising while the Bluffs remains very reasonable. You can hardly find a unit here to rent because they are near 100% occupied. Cane Rosso has opened up a new location right across the street and a new Starbucks is just around the more

The Brixton Apartment Homes (formerly Renaissance)

18959 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, TX 75287

03/29/15 by renter1012015:
Do not rent here unless you don't mind dog feces, large aggressive dogs, unleashed dogs, marijuana smoking neighbors, neighbors who throw parties in common areas as though they have a private lawn. Since I moved here, the office no longer has a drop box because checks were stolen from the office and they no longer accept packages for residents from UPS, FEDEx etc because they have had issues more

Indigo on Forest

9669 Forest Lane, Dallas, TX 75243

The neighborhood isn't the best of neighborhoods, But the apartments It's self is pretty good. Although we have gates that are supposed to work with a key card or a code they do not work. management takes a considerably long time to get to your apartments to fix things that needs to be fixed (unless It's a.c/heating) they took away the night drop box so it makes it hard to pay more
