Champions of North Dallas

49808 Haverwood Lane, Dallas, TX 75287

09/16/14 by KPCP: I'm a former resident of COND. I saw a great improvement over the three years we lived there. When we first moved in there, the mgmt and maintenance were fine, but there were residents living there that were noisy, slobs, loitering, etc. The owners/mgmt "cleaned out" several undesirables and the loitering stopped, which increased safety. I feel they've made great more

Now as for parking security that is a totally different thing there is always a pan handler asking for change from people waiting in line to swipe there card. I mean always around the 430-5 range he then walks over to Taco Bell waits a little while then comes back over to ask for change. Now the plastic gate they more

08/07/14 by jayboi85: These are possibly the worst apts in the area. Everyone complains about the a/c not cooling in the summer. It is drug infested. Mgmt is horrible and rude. And they tow cars all the time for mistakes the office has made. They are old have a funny smell and are small. If I put a ball in my kitchen it will roll to the middle of my living area. Bugs are everywhere, its basically the projects. Loud more

07/10/14 by anonymous: Great apartment the people here are friendly and courteous. I really enjoy living here. The building is peaceful at night no loud arguments and commotion from outside. The neighborhood is not the best but the senior building is quiet. I'd recommend this senior apartment building. more

07/18/14 by anonymous: i have lived here for 4 years it was a good place to live until the new management. they are literally the worse group that could ever run an apartment complex. i have called the front office more than 50 times and not 1 time did i ever talk to a person. i have left over 15 messages and i still have not gotten a phone call back. not only that since the new owners they have added multiple more

The Brighton (formerly The Celery Stalk Apartments)

5426 Meadowcreek Drive, Dallas, TX 75248

10/27/14 by anonymous: I have been living here for a few months. The front office staff is so friendly and nice. Neighbors in the community have been so friendly and really have made the apartment feel safe and comfortable. The only negative thing I have to say is the maintenance is not at the same level of the rest of the complex. It's takes awhile for things to be fixed properly. I have had to put in three more

10/26/14 by anonymous: The new owner/manager are poor. They have taken away the computers and my rent raised $40 month. The wild life that attracted me have bee poisoned even the birds. The creek which I loved is full of trash. more

Cypress Waters (Neighborhoods of Cypress Waters)

3211 Scotch Creek Road, Dallas, TX 75019

09/04/14 by anonymous: I have lived here since construction was started. Before all the buildings were built. The people at the front office and friendly and the maintenance staff are quick. They are extremely picky about what is in your patio. At first I thought it was bc they wanted to keep the ground nice but I got a $25 fine for having a cooler in my Patio. They said it was not an outside item. I paid it but more

Oaklawn Heights Apartments

2600 Arroyo Ave, Dallas, TX 75219

08/01/14 by anonymous: i stayed here for 6 months and although it started off well, it slowly went downhill. Where to begin: The front office is never available you always have to leave a message with the automated system or the answering service. The gate works when it wants to, i actually saw a person breaking the thing that guides the gate when opening, called the front office, guest what GOT THE ANSWERING SERVICE. more
