These are the worst apartments to ever live in . I stayed here for 5 yrs until my water started to turn brown and they didn't want to fix it. The owner Asa is cheap and basically a slum lord . I even video taped the water coming out of the faucet and this idiot still didn't want to fix it.Beware of this complex, yes they are in an awesome area but should be condemned!!!!!!! If Asa and more

Between the Ebola virus & the lawn maintenance guys mowing grass at 7:30 AM it's impossible to get any rest at The Dakota. I've never heard of ANY apartment complex that lets maintenance people mow grass with LOUD gas-powered equipment so early in the morning. I've called the apartment complex office and complained and they told me they can't do anything about it. Lincoln more

I love living here! I have my own attached garage, two balconies, and a great apartment layout. It's a great location, right across the street from West Village, and walking distance to a ton of great bars and restaurants. Sunday brunch anyone?? The townhome style of these apartments are so much nicer than the sky rises in the area, and it is very quiet here! I have been so pleasantly more

Though landscape looks nice and maintenance is above average, this building itself is almost 50 years old, no ceiling fan in living room, bugs under carpet, cracked bathtub, draining problem with dishwasher... After one year lease ended, they billed me over $1100 for cleaning, replacements and damages. The major one is $860 for carpet replacement. The manager told me stains all over the carpet more

I have lived here for the past two years and liked it a lot - I'm sad to be leaving. PROS: - FANTASTIC location. I am within a quarter mile of two parks (Griggs and Klyde Warren), as well as my office downtown (Chase Tower - saves me $6 in parking daily), 3 blocks from my yoga studio (Uptown Yoga) and multiple restaurants (Boxwood, State & Allen, Nodding Donkey, Si Tapas). It's also more

I do not think this apartment needs any special reviews. I am a person who does not stay at home and always confine to work at office. Even then, I am sorry to say, this apartment after living in California and Addison, by far the worst one ever. Parking service is terrible, you tow away your own resident's car (This is ridiculous) and you expect us to pay 200 dollars to get our own car more

I've lived at La Salle for almost a year now and love living here. The apartment layout was perfect for my downsize, it's quiet, and the grounds are beautiful. I walk my dog twice a day and she also loves it here. I've rarely had problems, but when I do the management team responds quickly and enthusiastically. I highly recommend La Salle apartments. Excellent job Callie and more

I love this property. The staff is really nice and courteous. The property is well kept with modern amenities. My apartment is very spacious and impressive. My neighbors are very friendly and the property is very safe and secure. There is plenty to do in walking distance including shopping, grocery store, and restaurants. I don't have to drive, it sits right on the rail line. The more

DON'T DO IT!!!!!! Take it from people who have lived there and experienced it. I moved out earlier this year. I would ask for things to be fixed (toilets not flushing, running water under sink, etc...) and the office staff would look at me as if I was the problem. They will find a way to charge you for something. The crime is on the rise in this area. I spoke to an area police office and she more

I have lived here for 2 years. I live on the complex across from Uncle Julio's-not where the leasing officer is located. **there is another complex (phase II) that's located with the leasing office about a block or so down Knoll Trail across the street. They have a better pool and fitness center........if you want to walk)** Here are the honest pros and cons: Pros: Great location, more
