I moved in sometime in March of 2008 and the next month someone stole my speakers out of my car. The maintaince sucks. We have had 4 new people in the rent office since I been here and when my lease is up I'm leaving this dump. The don't fix anything. So I highly recommend that you keep looking. LEASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! more

This property used to be a nice, decent place to live (compared to the other apartments in the area), until recently. I have become more and more disappointed every day. Let's see, where do I begin? 1.Management Staff is Very Unprofessional: The notices I receive on my door are unbelievable. There are so many errors in grammar, spelling, and simple punctuation & somtimes more

Great Community!!! I Lived at the Swiss for two years with my husband and we have so many life long friends because of it. everyone who lives there is so welcoming and loving. it was truly a pleasure to have lived there. Andy the manager is a very compassionate guy. The rent is cheap and any problems will be taken care of quickly simply because the manager really cares about his tenants. that more

The location is good, and it is safe here. However, we have had problems w/our heater/AC being inefficent and running constantly, and since they didn't want to fix it, they gave us a silly excuse as to why it wasn't working. Our neighbors play their music loud and b/c they don't have courtesy patrol here, we are forced to call the Dallas police, which is more of a hassle, so we end more

City Park Lofts are charming and steeped in Dallas history. Until it rains. We have leaks EVERY time it rains - except once. That's 15 months of pots and pans catching water and trying to keep our furniture from being damaged. We've also had a hole in our bathroom ceiling (since Oct. 2013). We would never have renewed our lease but the management company told us they had "good more

These apartments are not as bad as the other reviews that were given. I recently moved only because I wanted a house but I stayed here for 2 1/2 years. The management is nice and maintenance requests are handled immediately. There are kids that play outside but the apartment complex is small so from time to time they may play in the parking lot. That aspect may be annoying but if you have kids or more

I overall felt that GOD allowed the transition to the Alista for a reason. At least until 6 months into our stay. Now things have been both good and bad. You will be treated with respect as long as you are NOT late for RENT. If for some reason your income changes and you are NOT able to keep-up just get out while you are ahead. That's exactly what happened during our stay. My employer more
