I lived in building 13 and can tell you when I moved in the place was nice. I don’t know whet happened but within 6 months it became the getto. The nastiest people from every background started living there. The management was blind to the situation. I personally took pride in my area and reported many time kids and punks destroying the area. Broken benches, trees, garbage and crack. I found a baseball sized baggie filled with, lil baggies of crack.

Management doesn’t care and they are quick to blame you for their mistake. I moved in paying my deposit and was give a notice that I owed .53 cents. They tallied the water bills incorrectly, no fault of mine. My car got busted into twice and when I was ready to leave half of my building went to.

They nickel and dimed me to death when I left. Of course I didn’t see any of my money back. I was told by “accounting” that no one ever gets their money back. That was just the way it was. I explained that I was a great tenant and reminded them of all the crimes I reported and how I cared for my apartment. Didn’t matter “No one ever gets their money back”

I come from a great background and make great salary with good credit! I cannot believe they would want someone like me to move out, just so someone from section 8 housing can move in. Management believes they are better than you; record keeping is shotty at best. Don’t live here. Some places just get a bad rap, but this one is the real deal. I can not stress enough, find some where else.
