I lived in two different lofts at City Park for several years. Maintenance was a lovely couple who were always quick to help with any of my few maintenance needs. Parking was convenient and I never had safety issues despite the unconventional neighborhood. The rooftop deck with downtown view was fantastic, and all for a much lower price than similar spaces in other areas bordering downtown. Loved my neighbors, too. Some neighbors had huge dogs that were very well-behaved. It was unique and had a great spirit of community. The concrete floors and brick walls had a lot of character and history, and I loved the high ceilings. My electric bills were never high and my spaces stayed comfortable year-round. For people who crave something beyond the cookie-cutter lifestyle of big apartment communities, this could be a perfect fit.
