okay
I still live in the Corner's East and am currently searching for another apartment. I moved in about 3 years ago and I paid $480 for my 1 bedroom. The place was perfect, considering the price of rent. I believe though that you should giveā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Talk about druggies and welfare recipients...say hello to your neighbors! A decrepit graveyard/dorm room...say hello to your new home! FILTHY AND CHEAP!

Old and crumbling
I lived in one of the efficiency units while interning for the summer because it was cheap. I guess it's convenient enough to most things you need, but there's no hiding that the place is old and ready to fall apart. Worst thingā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Moved out 9 months ago to join the military
Upon moving out, I was billed for new carpet and cleaning, a total of $884.78. Lost the $600 deposit and wrote a check for $284.78. I have receipts signed by The Corners East management stating that the bill was paid in full. The Cornersā¦Ā See More >livintx06

Could be better
I've been living here quite a few years now. I'd like to mention a few things Pros 1. I have had only counted a few times when crime happened in my area 2. Never had any issues with any neighbors. 3. Location is quite good in terms ofā¦Ā See More >anonymous

After living here for 2 years I can say it is a great place to live. The rent is fair for an older complex and they've only raised it by $10 since I started living here. Parking is great, and I can always findā¦Ā See More >anonymous

overall satisfied !!
I lived here from 1997-2002.. For an older property it was kept up pretty well.. The price was decent for an apartment in the Village.. My rent was $396 a month for an efficiency.. For the most part , the office staff was friendly andā¦Ā See More >DallasGrl77

You get what you pay for......
I have lived in the Corners East for the last 18 months and overall it hasn't been too bad. The location is the best part- really close the major employers, NorthPark mall and Greenville Avenue. The apartments are 40 years old and areā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Decent living quarters but I am begging to get out of here...
I took over a friends lease about a year and a half ago and while the apartment is decent I am trying so hard to get out of here. The office staff is ridiculous. I get notices all the time for trash on my patioā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I know it seems like many bad reviews but its been good to me
I've noticed this place does not seem to get a good review but it you really want to see how things are go to dallas police website and look under crime info, and look for the crime map and see for yourself, mind you thisā¦Ā See More >eanconetani

Affordable price
I lived here for about eight months before moving out of Dallas. There is noise from the construction of the new apartments, and the apartment itself is fairly old. However, I found the apartments to be very reasonable for the price. Fortunately,ā¦Ā See More >StolenDeposit

Pet Deposit Deception & Rape Notices
I lived in these apts in 2001-2001. Besides the rape notices every few months, I wasn't picky at all after barely legally getting out of a roach infestation apt in Mesquite (f I was clueless where to live in dallas to work in uptown). Iā¦Ā See More >anonymous

simply awful
The writing guidelines prohibit this review from being too harsh. Simply put: If you work for a living and expect a decent, quiet apartment, you will not find it here. If you are an SMU princess - my lease is up - enjoy the party.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous
