This property and Greyson Gate has gone throught 7 managers in 4 yrs! Wonder why? Look at who is the Assistant managers and the Leasing agent whom have been there for over 3 yrs.
<br>If they get a manager that will not let them get away with calling in sick, taking two hr lunchs, on the phone all day with personel calls or making them work on weekends. They start back stabing, and try to make the manager look as if they have no idea what they are doing.
<br>99% of the good reviews are from the Leasing Or the assistant they have to make there selfs look good.
<br>They do not care about you as a resident because you may live there for 6 months or a yr then you will be gone and there will be another resident in your place. They figure why trteat thr residents nice when they will be gone soon!
<br>The bad reviews were from the manager previous to the last manager. Agian they can not keep a manager! The property did not repair the mold issues in several residents apartments or the electrical wiring that was causing several of the units electrical boxes to explod. And when the resident moved out the property charged the residents every fee you and think of. Remember the issues were caused by the property.
<br>Be careful if you decied to move to either one of these properties you will get burned.
