Bad very bad . . . lamentably low quality customer service!!!
When I move here at Haverly Park the lady that attend and made my application promised me the apartment will be shinning and just great.
First day I didn't realize about the condition of everything, was until the fifth day that I realize that, AC was noisy, (they try to fix, they came after several emails, complaints few visits at the office) and finally they fix it few days ago (heater). At the same time I request service or replace sink cabinet, cabinets doors in kitchen were dirty and old, blinds still super dirty and spills on some parts. The only good thing was carpet replaced and new paint, after supposed o be "shinning". Having been myself very frustrated I have the intention to move out a.s.a.p.the customer service id poor inside the management office I have few emails that show all these attempts of service as evidence.
