I wrote a review a couple weeks ago. At the time, my lease had already begun, but 3 weeks later, my unit was still not livable by any standards. After dealing with Vivienne and failing many times, we thankfully met Heidi who went way above and beyond to fix everything. She made some calls and had next month's rent reduce to half price, and made sure that the apartment was ready within 2 days at the most. All of those problem got fixed, but out toilet was still not working as of a couple days ago. Frustrated that we were 75% through our first month and still not living there while paying for electric and cable, I emailed the property manager, Dianna I believe, and within just a few minutes she called me back and sent maintenance right away. I have not been back to check, but I plan of FINALLY moving in tonight. If it had not been for Heidi, I would have given up and demanded my lease cancelled. She was very very helpful and she definitely knows how to get stuff done when no one else will! If anyone has a problem they really need to go to her because she WILL do whatever she can to help. I can same the same for Dianna. The office would be pretty useless without these two. They are nice and doing the best they can to fix other peoples mistakes. I am looking forward to moving past all of the BS that occured the first month and enjoying the rest of my lease with them.

    This is Pam Snelling, the regional manager for Cottonwood Capital's properties in Texas, which includes Haverly Park. The situations described are clearly unacceptable and very much at odds with the professional, prompt and friendly service which we aspire to provide. I am personally looking into this and hope to soon speak with the writer to address what happened and rectify the situation. Our property manager, Dianna Brewer, is recuperating from a broken leg that she suffered from a fall last week, and we all wish her a speedy recovery.
