I totally agree with you about the staff not caring. Recently, I had a tumor removed suddenly and had a hospital stay also was not able to work for over a month. Of course this means that I was not getting paid, and brought to me several financial problems. I have stayed here for over a year and never have been late paying my rent. I thought I would give a courtesy to management by making them aware that I may be late on my rent the next month. I was not expecting any discounts or anything, but just a little service and appreciation that I would offer that courtesy. Well I walked into the office and asked for the manager I was told she was not available, when I started to ask more detailed questions about how my fees and etc. would look the leasing agent made several trips to the managers desk in the back to get answers. After the agent explained my situation to the Manager she did not even take two steps out of her office just to wish me well or ask how I was doing. I was shocked at the lack of concern for a resident of more than a year that had a tumor removed! I can truly say that the manager could care less about the residents. Because I am grateful to be alive I will always treat them respectfully, but please be aware that the service is very very poor.
