My husband, son, and myself moved here to Dallas, Tx last year from Mississippi and we moved so sudden that we did not have time to actually review a lot of apartments here. We actually found these apartments in The Greensheet and when we came to visit them the were pretty amazing. Office staff is great and very helpful. We did have a few problems before we actually moved in. We paid the $300 fee that they required in about the middle of August but they did give us the run around for a while. We told them we needed a 2 bedroom that was down stairs because at the time my son was only 2 years old and I did not want to take the risk of him falling down the stairs while running away from us. They kept giving us different 3 apartment numbers and different 3 dates that we could move but we still didnt move in until a month after we paid the fee. When my husband finally threatened to get our money back and find another place, thats when they gave us our apartment number and we moved in within 3 days. We were told by current neighbors that they hurried to finish our apartment so we could move in. They still ended up giving us an upstairs apartment we just keep a closer eye on my 3 year old when we go outside. The only problems we have a the little kids. I have to take my son to White Rock Lake just so he can play because the kids over here a wild and the curse more than a sailor and I refuse to have my son around that. Besides the begging neighbors, everything else is pretty good.
