My experience with this appartment complex is horrible. Specially the stuffs are tough and sometimes rude.
Like in one month, I was out of state and I lost my online passpword. I asked them for help so that I can access to my account and pay the bill. I was informing them 15 days earlier and they could not fix it on time. Then I sent the rent with overnight mail and try to be confirmed from them. When I called some lady said me to wait and I hanged up the phone for infinite amount of time. Moreover, they even do not bother to reply your e-mail or phone. In addition, even someone from their part had signed the payment received, they sent me $140 late fee. With one of my friends, I could fix that. This is lack of reponsibility and poor custermer service I have ever recieved.
Their maintainence services are very slow and sometime they will not response. Even you put then in the web in your account, they would put the task is completed status without doing anyting. They donot bother about the convenience of current residents.
The emergy phone number and services are inactive. You have not guraneentee, they will do something for you. In several occations, we are out of heater in below zero temperature. We we call their emergency number we put voice mail but no response at all.
Moving out policy is very gray part. They will put some pictures and apply an arbitary amount of money against it. Their is no clear cost for it. Even, after sending a final statement, they can add more big amount in your account without proper explanation.
For my suggestion, the stuff should be good humen first and at the same time more professional and willing to help as well.
