I have lived here for several years. I was renting the same apartment for another year and come to find out within that year they are bumping the already expensive price by another $20. The maintence crew took several days to fix a completely shattered window which was just allowing air to both escape and come in in June. Once they tried to fix it they broke the replacement and came back a more

I currently live in this apartment complex- I'm considering moving if my rent increases (again) at the end of term- so this review doesn't include anything about moving out/deposit return, ect. I would recommend this apartment to others (but I really wish there was an option for maybe, because it would definitely depend on what they were looking for) Pros: I have always felt very more

I lived there no problem, but when I moved out they tried to charge me $500 to replace the carpet. There were stains when we moved in and we marked it on the inventory sheet. Well, they didn't have the inventory sheet, so they called it "even". Three months later they called us again with the same story because they changed property managers. Same thing, so make sure you mark your more

I don't understand the bad reviews on here. Yeah, the place looks a bit unclean (the outside atleast) but I have to say that they are taking steps to make it look better. I've never felt threatened living here or had any huge complaints about my neighbors, it's usually pretty quiet and peaceful. The only complaint I really have is the trash in the breezeways of the apartments, but more

We have a huge nest of water bugs in our kitchen. Durning the summer we found a dead bird in the pool filter. Mold around all windows and under sinks. Take 4-5 times of u jumping down management's throat to get anything done. Rent has gone up. Nothing is being fixed just painted over. more

Don't do it! I always had my blinds closed, but I still got peeped on and almost broken into! Also, someone broke into the office and stole all the rent checks. We turned in money orders (which is allowed) and they tried to make us pay again. It was stolen from THEIR office, so it's not my fault. I gave them proof that they were cashed (via Customer Service from Money Order). Not a safe more

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! We are so frustrated that we have even thought about breaking the lease. Good luck trying to contact the office staff as they never answer the phone. You seriously either need to psycho dial or go in person to attempt to resolve any issues. The parking situation is atrocious. You can pay $15 add'l per month for an assigned spot; however the office staff does not do a good more

Ok so overall I really liked staying here we had great neighbors, not many issues with the apartment itself. One thing I was/am annoyed about is that the pool (not the one by the front desk) was always so uncomfortable to go to. They have been doing construction year round and they guys park their can right by the pool and they just make you feel very uncomfortable. I couldn't even go do my more

I just moved in about a week ago. So far I love it. The management are very friendly and helpful. They are short handed on maintenance so there were a few things that needed fixed when we moved in, but they took care of everything quickly. I did have to clean a lot when we first moved in because the cleaning company rushed through, but when the manager found out she took the cost of cleaning off more

I love this place! today is my last day and I am super sad to move out :/ I lived here for nine months. really have nothing to complain about. the staff is great super friendly, very homey feel. The apartments are pretty safe and surprisingly quiet for being on fry st. The rent is way cheap and its in the best part of town! I wish I could stay here till I finished school but summer has come and I more
