Campus Square Apartments

316 Fry Street, Denton, TX 76201

I moved here because of cheap rent only $455 a month for a 320 sq ft. studio. The apartment itself is pretty plain, the walls are cinder block. My unit is carpeted but I like it. Nice fridge, old but functioning stove, no dishwasher of course. I have not had a bug problem but I'm really clean but some college students aren't. The management has always been really polite to me even the more

If you would like a great place to call home while away from home, this is definitely the place to be. Best student living prproperty around by far, the caring staff and management are one of a kind. Don't get mistreated and taken advantage of by others.....choose 14fifty-one. more

I love living here at Pace's Crossing! The office staff are awesome. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Ready to help you with anything you need. The maintenance guys always do such a good job with a good attitude. I love the business center. Love having access to the computers 24/7. The pools, jacuzzi, basketball and volleyball courts are great to have access to. I would highly recommend more

Pros: Neighbors are friendly Parking is fair Rent is cheap Apartment is in good condition Staff is friendly Appliances are in working condition Cons: The area outside our apartment floods to the point that small cars cannot drive through it The "landscaping" is mostly mud Maintenance is slow-- we have yet to have our ice maker fixed, our floor is coming up, and it took them 5 days to more

I really like living here. Its a great, affordable, and safe community. Two bedroom unit is 680 plus electricity, which can be as low as 70 if not neglected. The walls can be paper-thin and I can hear the neighbors upstairs frequently, but they mind their business and are polite to me. The kids outside can be loud too, but they mean well. The grounds are a little tacky, but its nice and quaint, more

Overall, Salem Ridge Apartments is a good place to live. It is quiet and in a prime location - close to Denton public schools and the University of North Texas (The UNT bus stops right by the apartment.) It is located on Teasley which has schools, grocery stores, restaurants, one of Denton's large parks with walking trail (Southlakes Park), and shops ALL within walking distance. It is not more

I have lived here since 2007 and I have been very happy here. The apartments are very large. It is a quiet complex. Alan, our maintenance guy works hard and has always taken care of any problem I have ever had. I really do enjoy living here and have no intentions of leaving anytime soon. more

We moved here a little over a year ago from Carrollton Tx. Got a much bigger apartment for the same price as a small 2BR2BA in Carrollton. It is an older complex, but I have never had a problem with the apartment, maintenance or the management. Amy and Beth are by far two of the nicest people you would want to meet. The only problem we have is the foundation needs repair, but I do believe they are more

Timberlinks at Denton

5201 Par Drive, Denton, TX 76208

Almost all of the cardio gym equipment is broken and has been for years. The manager, Jackie, told me over a year ago that they would soon replace the equipment if the corporate office can squeeze it in the budget. He showed me brochures for equipment that he wants, but it seems it is out of his hands. They spend thousands of dollars on events like carside breakfast, poker night, and raffle more
