I lived here for a year and a half and absolutely loved it! I ended up having to move for a job, but would have stayed if I had the opportunity. They have great ammenities and are always friendly. The office staff knew my roomate and I by name and were always willing to help us. Any maintenance problems that we experienced (we barely had any) were fixed within the next 24 hours. The pools are more

I currently live in this apartment complex- I'm considering moving if my rent increases (again) at the end of term- so this review doesn't include anything about moving out/deposit return, ect. I would recommend this apartment to others (but I really wish there was an option for maybe, because it would definitely depend on what they were looking for) Pros: I have always felt very more

I lived there no problem, but when I moved out they tried to charge me $500 to replace the carpet. There were stains when we moved in and we marked it on the inventory sheet. Well, they didn't have the inventory sheet, so they called it "even". Three months later they called us again with the same story because they changed property managers. Same thing, so make sure you mark your more

We have a huge nest of water bugs in our kitchen. Durning the summer we found a dead bird in the pool filter. Mold around all windows and under sinks. Take 4-5 times of u jumping down management's throat to get anything done. Rent has gone up. Nothing is being fixed just painted over. more

I've lived here for 3 years and just signed a new lease and now I'm regretting it. I've really loved living here but this place was just bought by Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services and they are making terrible changes to the policies here. The pet deposit is now $1000 (like any family that qualifies for an income restricted property is going to be able to afford a $1000 pet more

These apartments are ok. We've lived here over a year now and they are clean, quiet (for the most part) and our neighbors are nice. It's a mix of families, single couples, single parents and students that live here. We're really not expecting to get our deposits back when we do move. I just have this feeling that we won't get them back even though we have kept our place more

Ok so overall I really liked staying here we had great neighbors, not many issues with the apartment itself. One thing I was/am annoyed about is that the pool (not the one by the front desk) was always so uncomfortable to go to. They have been doing construction year round and they guys park their can right by the pool and they just make you feel very uncomfortable. I couldn't even go do my more

I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. Our AC went out and no one will answer their phones, to include the emergency line. Also, when in takes 3 weeks for maintenance to fix our water heater, when it broke. What. The. Heck. more

Lived one whole year at McKinney Park Apt's... All buildings in front area struggle with parking. A lot of ------ residents; they like to bum, porch monkey, smoke blunts facing parking, And litter often. Pool is poor, size of a tiny motel but with no peace. Theres traffic of non residents; there's a white male who drives a Lexus with a bunch of hoodlums and throws fake gang signs trying more

I wish I could stay here till I finished school but summer has come and I more
