I lived in a 1 bedroom, 1 and half bath apartment, 625 sq ft. The living room was a decent size, as well as the bathroom. It was weird not having a dining area, though. There is a breakfast bar in replace of that however. The bathroom upstairs is a good size. The one downstairs is fine as well. There is a stackable washer/dryer but that was too small for me to do any decent load of laundry. No bugs.
I lived there with the old management, he was AWFUL. He would fine me fees that he never mentioned to me EVER, and then charge a late fee on top of that because he would never tell me about them. He never fixed anything. There is now new management, and it's really good. Cody fixes everything and is very friendly. He works everyday on the apartments. He has put up new outdoor lights and spruced up the grounds. I don't really hear anything from my neighbors because the walls aren't that thin, that's good. You get free cable. Plenty of parking. No pets allowed, though.
Rent is a little higher than most (650 electric) so there aren't that many student tenants even though it's right next to TWU. These apartments are very nice and I would recommend them to anyone looking around the area.
