WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! We are so frustrated that we have even thought about breaking the lease. Good luck trying to contact the office staff as they never answer the phone. You seriously either need to psycho dial or go in person to attempt to resolve any issues. The parking situation is atrocious. You can pay $15 add'l per month for an assigned spot; however the office staff does not do a good job keeping track of who pays for which spot once a resident moves out. Currently there are 2 residents hogging 3 empty spots not being paid for. Most residents assume they are taken because of the sign, but they are not. The office has been informed but refuse to deal with the situation. I have since contacted their corporate office. Their regional corporate is off Dallas Tollway and their headquarters are in Iowa. I'm sure the management will respond that I can feel free to talk to them about this situation as I've seen with the other posts, but here's the deal...I HAVE TALKED TO THEM AND NOTHING GETS DONE. We have dealt with mold in our apartment and a leaky sink that requires work almost every month or so. Instead of repairing things the correct way, they patch it up the cheapest way possible. Another major issue is that residents do not pick up after their pets or properly have them on a leash. If you walk into the office to let them know about this; all they will say is to call the cops. That this problem is a city violation. They refuse to address any issues. The fence along the back of property has been broken for about 3 months now. I also contacted them about this and its still broken - no surprise there. There have also been several thefts here and one resident spoke of a peeping tom in the area. So many incidents have been reported to the staff with no solution. For the price you pay, you can get better elsewhere. The appliances are old and very outdated - nothing special. I will end my review with renter beware - make sure you know all of your options before selecting this place as your new home however long it may be.
