Besides the ugly brown sofas (can camoflouge w/ decor), the apartments are really nice inside. Everything works properly and the staff is friendly great about getting things that don't work fixed rapidly. I have lived here since they opened about six months ago.

Because they market the "college life is a big party" theme, they attract the rowdy students who love destroying the property (primarily the gates and occasionally cars) for kicks. There are always rowdy parties (100 in an apartment and staircase), immature idiots running through the complex shouting like toddlers, and fights in the parking lot. This occasionally results in Denton PD.
Plan on going to the library to study and not sleeping on Wednesday thru Saturday night. It also doesn't help if your bedroom window is in the stairwell, because you can hear anyone out there talking/partying. Since alot of the partiers don't live in the complex, little can be done besides calling the cops. If you like quietness I would reccomend living away from the parking lot or street and getting a bedroom without a window in the stairwell.

Also, they only have 2-4 bedroom apartments so living alone is not an option; especially since they are usually leased to capacity.

There is plenty of parking, just not close by if you get home after 9pm. However, it is all visible from your window so you can see still see your car even if you do have to park further away.
