The apartments are older, which is a pro and a con. The plumbing is old, and sometimes needs repairs. However, the staff is always quick to respond. My next door neighbors (my bedroom wall and their living room wall were the same) had a live DJ in their apartment for parties at least twice a month, and if I was not in my bedroom, I could never hear the music. The insulation is wonderful. There is plenty of closet space, the area is quiet and I felt safe there. The managers are wonderful and always ready to do anything they can to help. I was even hospitalized for 2 months, and they took care of my stuff and made sure my things were not bothered. How wonderful is that? The grounds are nice and whenever I know of someone looking for an apartment anywhere in the metroplex, I tell them living there is worth the drive to their job. The quite, friendliness and comfort is more than makes up for, in my opinion, the layout of a new apartment.
