I recently moved out of Fairmont and was pleasently surprised. Whil I expected to get my full deposit taken from me, I actually received a small amount back. While I tried to clean the apartment the best I could, they still charged me for a cleaning service and a carpet cleaner to come in behind me. The office staff said that is normal protocall for every apartment which made me fell better. By the way, the ladies in the office are wonderful. They alwayse seemed so busy when I came in but they always dropped what they were doing and helped me out. They even seemed to know everyones name and was really personalble. I'll miss them. One of my favorite parts of Fairmont was the groundkeeping. Most apartments aer huge parking lots with buildings plopped in them, these had a lot of grassy areas and trees and bushes. I noticed regulars walking and taking pets for walks often. To be fair, there was a few things I didn't like, like I couldn't get a garage because they were all full. I did get a carport but I wanted a garage instead. I also didn't like the mail room being at the clubhouse. I would rather it be in the property so I could go home then walk to get my mail. oh well. To save money, I moved in with a roomate into their appartment, otherwise I would re sign a lease if I could.
