I have lived at the Vanderbilts for almost a year now. They are not steadily going down hill they are racing that way!!

I was broken into a couple of weeks ago and swear it was a maintenance man! This was the 4th break in that they made us aware of in less than a month. This summer when gas was sky high I was one of many that had gas siphoned from their cars on more than one occasion. My cars have been scratched, dented and broken into (luckily I don't keep anything of value in there when I go in).

And speaking of maintenance, I won't even let them in the apartment without someone else there. They are incompetent and inconsiderate. I have had to call emergency maintenance twice since I have lived here, once because my a/c went out and once becasue the toliet over-flowed. The a/c problem took over 9 hours to even get a response from them on and the toliet took a little over 3 and that was with me calling once an hour until they showed up. When they did arrive the guy wouldn't even get off his cell phone.

I know every complex has it's goods and bads, I moved in here because friends couldn't say enough good stuff about it and now they wouldn't even consider moving back.

The safety level is non-existent! The office staff tries I'll give them that, but it's not enough to out weigh the bad
