I live at this complex for 1 year. I just moved out last month becuase I moved closer to my job. The complex had some issues when I first moved in and a few while I was there. But I must say, Connie (the manager) was great. In the year I was there, I saw her make a lot of positive changes in a short amount of time. She was always walking the property and she was BAD ---...meaning..she was not to be taken lightly. I saw grown men give her respect as a mananger when she walked the property. That made me feel safe and knew that she would handle any issue that arose and she did. I really enjoyed my stay there. I had no bugs or any problems with my unit. My issue was the some of the people that lived there didn't care about the property and would throw trash, beer bottles, and all sorts of things in the grass instead of in the dumpster. Unfortunately, you can't discriminate when renting, if you could, Colonnade would be a great place to live.
