This place sucks --- please do not move here. The wrost apartments ever the parking sucks I have been here only 2 months an it a piece of ----. I have had three of my own veheicles towed from here because of the paking sucks. They charge all this money for you to stay here and there is no where to park after 10pm every night. We have to park across the streets at a corner store. Plus there are crack heads that they allow to stand an hang out in the front. We steady have roach problems and also bats around at night. I'm moving out broken my lease. But when you a day late they steady knockin on your door.

    We are sorry to hear that you have not been completely satisfied with your experience living at 5401 Chimney Rock. We take our tenant's concerns very seriously and want to assure you that your complaints are being heard. We apologize that parking may be somewhat limited at times. The number of parking spaces allocated to each apartment depends on the number of individuals on your lease. For example; a one bedroom with two residents would receive two parking permits, or a two bedroom with one resident would only get one parking permit. Per the parking addendum signed with your lease; any car that is in a permit spot must have a visible parking permit. If they do not have a parking permit, they must park in visitor parking (regardless if they live there or not.) Additional grounds for towing include parking back in, double parking, parking in a fire zone, or in a handicapped spot without a handicap permit. A car may be stickered with a warning if the car is inoperable or illegal (does not have proper inspection or registration) and may be towed if a tenant does not respond to the warning and correct any issue with the car. Additionally, we do have a courtesy officer who patrols the premises throughout the night. Any loitering of suspicious individuals should be immediately reported to the courtesy officer, leasing office or directly to authorities, as the safety of our residents is of the utmost importance to us.
