The bad from my perspective
I don't care what they say they said, when they show you the model they never mention anything about the upgraded appliances. I know for a fact that I asked will every apt look like this and she said yes. When I move in I have refrigerator, stove, microwave dish washer that is at least 10yrs older than me and I was born in the 80's. So I asked if I could get the upgraded appliances they said sure for a fee, which I thought it would be $200-350 extra. They want $50 a month extra from my rent AND you cant have them all. So if you want the stove and microwave u cant have the refrigerator and dishwasher and vice versa.
The only other problem I have with is place is parking. If you get off at 3 like me which is pretty early then parking is not a problem for you. Now if you leave after that your spot will be gone, don't even think twice about it. And thats if you have a permit sticker, if you don't have one then your SOL. If you have any sort of night life, which means you come home at 1AM then parking next to your apt is IMPOSSIBLE!!!...unless you have a reserved parking spot which is an extra $40 to ur rent. I stay be hind the leasing office and have a guest come over one night, she had to park Royalton which is the other side of the complex. I had to go pick her up in my car just so she wouldn't have to walk so far be herself. If your Guest come you better make sure they visitor's parking (which is only about 20 spaces on the South fence) because they will tow your car.
Last but not lease, I just bought a new car that Monday night drove in home and parked it in the visitors, Tuesday morning I leave to go to work at 5AM and someone have broke into my car an tried to steal my rims (luckily I had wheels locks on them). They left my window hanging off my car. As I'm driving I see the tow truck guy talking to the security guard and both of them claim to have not seen or herd anything. Which I find odd because its a brand new car, only one like its kind over there, the window is hanging off and I know the tower goes around looking for car to tow but he didn't see a brand new car with paper plates and the window hanging off......strange.......very strange indeed. Now I pay an extra $40 for an assigned parking spot
So if your rent is 700 add 40 for the assigned parking spot, 50 for the appliances, 25 for the water bill (which goes and down) and that $700 apt you thought u were getting is now $815...just thought you should know
