I believe that all the previous reviews were true on the date they were posted. But I can now honestly say being a current resident. That they have extremely improved. Before when I would drive by there was trash, graffiti and people always hanging out. But now, it is quiet and clean. The people I do see outside are usually other residents kids playing. Nothing like before. The laundry more

I've lived in my apartment for 5 years and really do not want to move. The location is covenient to the Galleria and Meyerland without the price of inner city living. The office staff are nice enough and always take care of any problem I have. more

I lived here for 6 months during 2005. The manager Linda Hickey is rarely on grounds, but very helpful and quick to get someone to your apartment if you are in need of repairs.

The apartments are not amazing, but generally kept up in good shape--new capet, fresh paint, clean pool.

I highly recommend these apartments for a student, or anyone who wants a great deal more

It truly amazes me that people have so much time on their hands that they chose to spend it belittling others. Especially, a Minister. You sir are doing just as you said others have done to you which is not nice. My mother has lived at this property for nearly 10 years and during that time their has been 3 different managers at the property all of which have had their owns specific way of more

I live at this apartments. I have been here for three years. The problem is the maintenance man. The maintenance man we have right now is given to playing games with the tenants. If he looks down on you then he won't do maintenance that should be done by the landlord. He just acts smart and won't do the maintenance. The Manager is very much under his influence right now. So, be more

I am currently living in a apartment complex and want to move into a town home. This is the only place I notice that have a 100% rating but only two people commented. I really don't want to get my hopes high and move here, then things goes down hill. If its possible, can we get some more people that are currently living at these town homes feed back???? That's if people know more

I moved here from Colorado in early 2014. I must admit, I was not impressed in the beginning & I only moved here because it was close to my new job at the 911 Call Center. Since then, I have gotten to know my neighbors (one of whom has been here for 25 years), and, others who have lived here, moved out, and moved back in recently. Although renovations started after I had already moved in, the more
