Arbor Village Townhomes

6298 Ludington Dr # 3, Houston, TX 77035

10/08/13 by anonymous:
The leasing office for this complex is located on Bobwhite and NOT Ludington. Apartment addresses are marked with a permanent marker on the tin and not with the proper numbers which makes it a nightmare for the postal workers, or any delivery service to find the proper unit. Joy the manager is rude and has an attitude every time I speak with her. I called for a request for the downstairs more

This Assisted Living Community is just wonderful! My mother has been living here for about 8 months now and she is just as happy as can be. Management is great...the staff overall is great because they greet you and make sure you are well taken care of. Activities are offered for the residents there and it is just an overall homey place...especially for seniors who are looking for a "new more

Bayou West Apartments

9898 Club Creek, Houston, TX 77036

11/21/11 by houston.ctizen@live.com:
The property is dilapidated and poorly maintained. Some units are also Section 8 housing. Primary residents are low income Latinos and illegal aliens and insects. Lawn and property are poorly maintained. Appliances and carpeting are recycled. Lacks consistent security. Parking space and spaces are unregulated and unassigned. Blocks of units are owned by entities, some local and some out more

Bayou Woods Condominiums

7575 Katy Fwy # 24, Houston, TX 77024

Bayou Woods is a wonderful place to live. I can hardly believe some of the comments previous tennants have made -- Board members using HOA funds to buy their cars?!? Seriously?! Linda has been a wonderful addition to the complex. She does her job well, is very visible and available to tennants, and I've never had any issues with her whatsoever. I reserve the clubroom quite often more

Bellestone Villas

8271 Stone St, Houston, TX 77061

Ever since they changed management team and the new manager came in they have been fixing a lot of stuff around here and remodeling. This place used to look like a dump but now little by little is looking really good. The manager in the office is very friendly and is always willing to hear me if I have any complaints regarding my apartment. In the past I had moved here because the rent was cheap more

Bellfort Southwest Apartments

8201 W Bellfort St, Houston, TX 77071

08/08/11 by Brooksru2:
I lived at this community while I completed my internship. It was and is a great community. I had a problem with parking, but I believe that problem was due to the fact all of the apartments where occupied. The community proved to be quite quiet. When I moved from Florida, I was told the Southwest side of Houston was a dangerous place to live. And I did see some apartment communities more

Boulevard Oaks Apartments

2026 North Boulevard Apt 11, Houston, TX 77098

10/30/12 by anonymous:
The owner and property manager (daughter) are not responsive to repairs. Rarely finished timely or without tremendous drama. The location is perfect, and makes up for the management. Would live here, with the knowledge that interactions with owner and property manager may be a headache. The apartments are very old, so do not expect upscale amenities: the water can be rusty; the more
