Staying here for the 1st 7 days in Houston. Studio with queen bed. Pretty cramped place, all is packed tight, no space for your luggage. Very convenient to the Metro Rail, only 2 minutes walk. High tax (17%) on room costs. Candlewood Suites and Extended Stay Hotels do a better job in organising the room compare to this place. Staffs are polite. No dishwasher in the unit. Cooking more

It is unfortunate that I must fudge some of these answers (for instance, about being a renter, etc.) in order to get this posted and set you straight about the Hospitality Apartments. The Hospitality Apartments, 46 units less than 1 year old and located one mile south of the Medical Center. They offer FREE housing of up to three months per stay for out-of area (50 or so miles from more

I live here now and find it hard to move away. The maintenance is amazing and your condo is well taken care of, trust me. I have been looking to move recently, but just cant seem to find the value I receive here anywhere else! All your utilities are paid and your car is behind a remote controlled gate and everybody knows your vehicle...once you live here, you will notice the same cars more

The apartments are older (80s) but still large. Grounds are nice but nothing to get excited about. VERY QUIET. Located in the back of a neighborhood. Swimming pool is the only amenity but you have to pay for a pool key. Prices are great but the office manager, Larry, appears nice when trying to get you in an apt. but once in, if something breaks it is your fault, he is abrupt and more

I posted the first review about this place in Oct 07 and I felt that I need to update it to help anybody considering moving in. You don't see a lot of reviews here about the place because its a small place, only 40 apartments, and most of them are long-term residents. I have been here for over two years now, moved from an efficiency into a 1-bedroom and love the place. The more

I've lived here for four years and would absolutely recommend it. It is quite pricey, but definitely worth it. Here's my breakdown: Pros Location: Absolutely great. Close to the med center/downtown/midtown. Lots of great restaurants nearby such as Montrose, upper Kirby, Rice Village (You can avoid highways completely during rush hour.) Could walk to the museums and Hermann more

I think this has been by far the best apartment community I've ever lived at. I've lived here since February of 2013. Yes, it's an older community but it's very well maintained. I've lived at complexes that were less than two years old with better location, yet just poorly managed and maintained. No, it's not gated but gates don't keep bad people out. They simply more
