I live here now and find it hard to move away. The maintenance is amazing and your condo is well taken care of, trust me. I have been looking to move recently, but just cant seem to find the value I receive here anywhere else! All your utilities are paid and your car is behind a remote controlled gate and everybody knows your vehicle...once you live here, you will notice the same cars more

Maximilian Square Apartments

3910 Mcduffie St # 1, Houston, TX 77098

Left to move out of state, otherwise would have stayed. Complex is cute and well located, get both Montrose and Upper Kirby convenience. My apartment was updated nicely, parking and gated patio, so all in all, good deal for what I was paying. @ past comments about management: Some have had issues with CMK (they are in charge now), but no problems if you are a good tenant more

Medical Center Apartments

6924 Stella Link Road, Houston, TX 77025

The Owner/Manager is approachable and genuinely helpful. Maintenance when requested is always timely and done well. It appears to me that the maintenance staff actually enjoy helping the residents as needed. The neighborhood is across the street from Pershing Middle School and is located within a stable neighborhood of families with adequate presence of both Houston Police and Harris County more

Memorial Hills Townhomes

1819 Briarcreek Blvd, Houston, TX 77073

The apartments are older (80s) but still large. Grounds are nice but nothing to get excited about. VERY QUIET. Located in the back of a neighborhood. Swimming pool is the only amenity but you have to pay for a pool key. Prices are great but the office manager, Larry, appears nice when trying to get you in an apt. but once in, if something breaks it is your fault, he is abrupt and more

Midtown Grove Apartments

3603 Chenevert St, Houston, TX 77004

I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and it feels like home. I have the nicest neighbors. It was easy to meet people and Ashley and Alex (office) are always so friendly and willing to help me out whenever I have a question or request. I like living in a smaller community versus large apartment buildings. It is a boutique apartment building, which gives you the most personalized service. Everyone more

Morgan Manor Apartments

6815 Academy St, Houston, TX 77025

I posted the first review about this place in Oct 07 and I felt that I need to update it to help anybody considering moving in. You don't see a lot of reviews here about the place because its a small place, only 40 apartments, and most of them are long-term residents. I have been here for over two years now, moved from an efficiency into a 1-bedroom and love the place. The more

Museum Tower

4899 Montrose, Houston, TX 77006

06/27/11 by anonymous:
I've lived here for four years and would absolutely recommend it. It is quite pricey, but definitely worth it. Here's my breakdown: Pros Location: Absolutely great. Close to the med center/downtown/midtown. Lots of great restaurants nearby such as Montrose, upper Kirby, Rice Village (You can avoid highways completely during rush hour.) Could walk to the museums and Hermann more

Oaks of Moritz

1541 Moritz Drive, Houston, TX 77055

08/12/15 by anonymous:
The Oaks of Moritz is a total gem located in a great neighborhood that's close to shopping, with easy access to I-10. I really like it here! Management is excellent and personable, and the grounds are very well and consistently maintained. The grass is always manicured and at different times colorful flowers line our pathways. Responses to service requests are timely and handled with a sense more
