I guess my experience living here wasn't too bad for the price what can you expect. What I didn't like was the fact that on the weekends it smelled like piss in the halls, due to the -------- who let their kids piss outside or the drunken Asians who don't know where the bathroom is. My neighbors' where all very nice almost always said hello, Parking wasn't great due to more

My husband and I have lived here for two years and couldn't be happier. The management of the complex turned around about the time that we moved in and we haven't had many major issues. One thing I love is that if an employee is incompetent they are fired. One lady was hired and kept "misplacing" our payments in the system so we had a huge amount of excess credit. Once it came more

These apartments accept sex offenders, there are currently five living there. Four out of five involve offenses with children. The office is aware and knowingly accepts them when they are also aware that they have numerous children living in the complex. It is very unsafe enviroment for all ages. You can go on the TX Dept of Public Safety and pull up the records for the address of this more

When I first moved into this apartment I thought it was great. It was $550/month and you just had to pay electricity. I moved in in the winter and everything was fine until the summer came. I live in an upstairs apartment and come to find out the insulation is very very minimal. My electricity bill was $168. This is for a 1 bedroom 700 sq ft apartment. Not to mention, I keep the ac at 80 more

I am a single mother of a toddler girl and lived at Mcduffie Apts for 9 months. First of all the owner stated to me in writing that he does not execute leases that terminate in the winter months(October through February).I moved in December 15,2007 and my lease expired in August.I thought that to be odd most apartments are eager to get you in a year lease but that would mean my lease would be more
