Villa Toscana

9125 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX 77095

04/22/15 by Aaronfowler:
My partner and I moved in to Villa Toscana 8 months ago and I have to say, I have lived in many apartments in the area and we have really been very pleased thus far with the level of quality service in both the management and maintenance staff, as well as our overall living conditions here with our little Maltese pup. For me personally, I have experienced both maintenance and office staff going more

I relocated to Houston from Raleigh, NC at the end of 2012. I searched several apartments in the area (closest to the school that I was going to attend), and it was by far the most affordable one that I found. The neighborhood (Jersey Village), is a quiet and somewhat safe area. Out of the year and a half that I stayed there, I believe I only received one notice of crime in the area....but crime more

AMLI Uptown

2525 Mccue Rd, Houston, TX 77056

A bit overpriced compared to bigger and similar quality apartments in the same area. Fairly quiet, but some neighbors will complain from walking noise at 6 pm. Greedy, they will look to charge you for anything and nothing is optional. Great location. Safe, but the garage breaks down at least once a week. more

Bermuda Woods

1500 Witte Rd, Houston, TX 77080

It's a good place to live. New management has a lot of projects they are doing, so you just have to be patient with the daily noise and construction. Only issue I constantly have to deal with is that every time it rains, my front step and sidewalk floods. It's difficult to deal with carrying in my things, groceries, my child and trying not to slip and fall in the mud or tracking in mud into the more

Hey Guys, My name is David Orozco I've been a resident for 2 years and I don't know why there's negative reviews here but the staff has treated me very well. Issues it get resolved quickly. The convenience of this location makes it perfect because you can get anywhere rather quickly, the commutes are around 10 miles or less. I would suggest getting with Anthony or Jennifer and more

City Place Midtown

306 McGowen, Houston, TX 77006

12/17/14 by anonymous:
A few reviewers appear to be frustrated primarily by price. These apartments are expensive, but the entire Midtown market has increased significantly, not just City Place. The apartments themselves are very nice, with high-quality amenities. The staff is helpful, polite, and professional. The location is a tremendous plus for those who work nearby and/or value walkable food and entertainment more

Just moved out of the two bedroom apartment. My experience here was okay. The only things is that there aren't a lot of children and considering I have three they never had anyone to play with. Other than that it's okay.. more

Pavilion Place (formerly Pavilion Place Apartments)

5402 Renwick Dr, Houston, TX 77081

Overall all is great, neighbors get drunk and hang out till all hours on the weekends and get loud and belligerent, kind of dark in some places. Too many commercial vehicles parked in the gate makes it harder to find a spot. Overall , comfortable! more

The Abbey At Eldridge (formerly Chelsea Court)

13101 Briar Forest Drive, Houston, TX 77077

I dont recommend these apartments at all. I tried to get an apartment and i was declined because of a old case from 2006 that was deferred adjudication. I have great rental history and even work for a great company. They were all nice and sweet until then. I was told previously that it was case by case and for it to be so old and irrelevant shows they do show discrimination. more
