10/31/14 by Verified Resident: Nice clean community, courteous staff, nice floor plan, garage easy access to apartment, safe gated community, nice swimming pool. I would definitely recommend who wants to live closer to Galleria area and mid town. Easy access to 610 loop. more

10/31/14 by Verified Resident: I find it is misleading seeing how they advertize themselves as being a luxury apartment complex. The model unit is nice and up to date. The unit I was given has a lot issues, floor coming up, stains on walls, mirrors are rusting, pantry shelf is broken, the cabinet shelves are damaged. The only thing that has been done one of the large stains was painted over and some of the floor boards more

10/25/14 by Verified Resident: Quiet, conveniently located close to public transportation. Lots and lots of green, nice neighbors. Appears to be free of the rowdy pool parties that prompted us to move out from previous apartment. It's not at walking distance to any grocery stores, and is 6 blocks away from the nearest mainstream pharmacy, which is Walgreens. The distance is partly offset by a shuttle service that runs regularly more

10/24/14 by anonymous: I enjoy the location, that's about it. I'm almost done with my lease and I won't be signing another one here. The experience as a whole hasn't been too negative, but the price vs amenities is outrageous. The AC doesn't have duct work in my unit..it just runs in the ceiling, I can smell whatever my upstairs neighbors are cooking..the appliances are old, the cabinets are more

05/07/14 by anonymous: My experience in The Reserve at Bankside has been very interesting. I moved here because it was kind of a last option for me being a university student, and left my ex apts (which were suppose to be in a great, fancy area) because of serious mold in closet, that got in my clothe and shoes, bad staff, break in. The irony of it was that I was scared of moving in here because this is Fondren, I more

04/20/14 by anonymous: I like the apartment complex overall, but would have loved to know about the parking policy before hand. I picked this complex because it was small and gated. Having to park outside the gate is a security concern. Other than that, I would recommend this place to others in a heartbeat. more

07/19/14 by anonymous: This particular Camden is ok. It's definitely not luxurious though so I would have to say that's misleading in the description. It's rather old although the landscaping looks nice. The pool area needs additional lighting because it's really dark and creepy. Staff is ok... Although they aren't very outgoing or involved. The previous manager and staff were really personable more

08/06/14 by OneGrateful: Let me start by saying that I'm a single mom with a toddler son. Space, clear walk ways, safe environment, friendly quiet neighbors, reasonable parking, a spacious apartment with a neat little floor plan, speedy maintenance response, appliances that work, and a price that fits into my very stressed budget are all benefits that I have enjoyed greatly since I moved here in Oct 2013. 10/20/14 by anonymous: Noise - Never heard any of my neighbors, unless someone is running down the hall for whatever reason. Grounds - Lots of dog poop that isn't picked up, but otherwise landscaping in the front is well-kept to give off a good appearance to prospective renters. Bats (yes, bats) have made a home in the courtyard in the back side of the apartment, and occasionally get stuck in the hallways. more
