this is the worst place I have ever lived. the management is horrible. be careful about the lease you sign, they try to slick your money in every possible aspect. if the AC does not work, they said "you broke the AC, it is going to cost your money to fix it" if you ask them to change a bulb, they charge you a huge bucks. the bricks on the wall of the apartment is likely falling down. more

The residents here are very unhappy since the hostile takeover of our property this past August. People who have lived year for over 5 yrs. are now planning to move as soon as leases expire. It has been constant torture for more than 4 months now. They hired unprofessional's to replace siding which has created numerous problems. Sheet rock is cracked, windows are leaking now and utility more

We have lived here a little over 3 months now. I really enjoy the location and the complex is always quiet. I chose to live here based on the lower rent price, location, and the character our apt had compared to the norm. So far we have had quite a few issues. Our A/C doesn't work too well, and we had to have our bathroom repainted because there was yellow residue running down the walls. more

With our lease almost up, I figured it a good time to write a review for 33thirtythree. My wife and I were extremely excited to find this property when we moved back to Houston in 2014. The amenities seemed great and the apartments looked sleek and modern. For the most part, we have enjoyed our time here, mostly due to the complex's location. I'm 10 minutes from work, and we're in more

405 Hawthorne

NOTE: I lived there from 2007-2009 but the system is putting in just one year for some reason. 405 Hawthorne could be a great place, but with some of the issues, it's just adequate. Location is a plus. You can easily stroll down the neighborhood to a convenience store, shopping area or bus stop in about 10 minutes. It's easy to get to know your neighbors since there are more

I would rate the complex a 4 out of 10. The manager will make your life impossible. She is so nosy and does not know what privacy is. She will snoop around your apartment while you are not home and is very rude. Once a tenant was complaining about the laundry room (the washer was not working) and the manager told her " If you don't like it, you know what you can do." She does not more

My cousin (who I visit often) lives in this apartment complex. (if that even qualifies as such) Due to the financial bind she is in she didn't have much of a choice for a residence for her and her kids. From what my cousin says, the manager at the complex is unethical in her practices, are in no hurry to repair any maintanence issues but are quick to remind you 1 day late that your more

Allen Parkway Village

I live across from the community center which is often rented out on weekends. Apparently groups renting the center are under the impression that they re renting the entire property. On a recent Saturday the group took over the entire visitors parking lot as well s the parking space in front of the center which, according to a posted sign (and always ignored) is restricted to residents more
