Do not believe the review Summer28 is aka Summer Creek Leasing Office. The staffs submit post whenever they read negative reviews posted. How low they would go to get people to come to Summer Creek. I will give Summer Creek credit to definite have nice size floor plans, and you do not have to pay for water that is far I will go with positive. The walls are thin when your next-door neighbor more

we move here a few months ago, and one of the reasons was that, I check the ratings for this complex. and i'm pretty sure that the person who posted those reviews is somebody who works here, those 2 first reviews are a completely lie. first there is not 24 hr. maintenance, and the people who fix the apartments are very sloppy, and the excuse they give you is "this more

Pros: - Nice apartment complex, new construction and very modern look. - Nice pool and gym - Close to Galleria and other restaurant and shopping areas Cons: - Immediate surrounding area is not very appealing (a lot of homeless people hangout on corner of highmeadow and hillcroft) - The walls between units are very thin (I could hear neighbors having a conversation, and if they had a party or more

This is possibly the worst place to ever live. They can't keep staff to save their life, and the manager is always unavailable to deal with the needs of the residents and pawns everything off on the assistant who never follows up with the issues. And they never follow through with that they say they are going to do. They just lie to get you to live here. I have yet to see a dog wash in the more

These apts were shut down by the city of Houston for being uninhabitable. "The 30-year-old property does not have a required life-safety certification showing it complies with building and fire codes. They said the owner, Collins Ofoegbu, of El Sobrante, Calif., has not responded to hundreds of criminal citations alleging various code violations." more

The Hudson at Westchase Apartments

3131 Hayes Road, Houston, TX 77082

By far the worst apartment ever. There is trash everywhere which brings a ton of stray cats. There are roaches in the units. Sometimes the water is brown and there are often times of no hot water. The plumbing messes up all the time so you can smell the sewage. The laundry facility is disgusting and most of them do not work so I had to get my own unit in house. There are tons of kids outside more

I agree 100% with the first rating. In addition, I have not had a working stove and oven since I moved in Nov. 1, 30 days ago. I was shown a 'new'laundry room with 5 washers and 5 dryers. Only 1 dryer is in operation and nothing is planned to be done. I asked before signing my lease if the apartment air conditioning was controlled by the individual apartments, and was told more
