my boyfriend and I have been looking for a place to move into. we went to check them out today and I really fell in love. it makes you feel at home and the lady in the front office (Karina) was extremely nice and patient. And the fact that they are pet friendly with a dog park just won me over! fingers crossed and we will be calling this place home! more

This is a decent complex for the money. Maintenance is competent and efficient. The office staff is friendly and efficient as well. The landscaping is decent and it's close to great shopping and restaurants. You can walk right across the street to the grocery store/cleaners/coffee shops and a plethora of other cool places. The only complaint I had was the dumpsters were in full view, which is more

This apartment complex feels like a haven after several negative experiences I've had with others. I hate feeling nickled and dimed, like a number instead of a person. Not so here. The staff is upfront and helpful - especially Medley, the apartment manager. Interactions with her are always pleasant and professional. As for the living itself, the noise level was a huge priority for me, since more

Hi there. Just wanted to take a min and say THANK YOU to Joanna C. and the rest of the Chimney Rock Apts team for helping me with the formalities to make the move-in swift and easy as possible. This was my first time renting an apt, so I had a lot of questions and really appreciate the time taken to explain in detail what I needed to have ready, ... What stands out is the greenery and that they more

It has been great so far, I needed help when the alarm went off and emergency maintenance answered my call to help me out! I like how clean this area is and how safe the environment is. The work out center and pool were a plus for me and I think this community will do well for me this next year. more

Now I maintenance come in my apartment unannounced on 2 occasions and they were surprised when either I or my son was at home. They didn't knock they just walked in. Oh where do I begin. I use to live here back in 2006 when it was formerly Ashton Park and that was a nightmare. Moreover, I was recently looking for a new home to move into and wanted the same quality of life that I have been living in, in the galleria area but for a more affordable price. The Abbey at Enclave popped up on my search and I enjoyed the pictures and then realized that its the same more
