I love Carrington, the 1x1 are so big (almost 900 sq feet) & for a reasonable price. The beltway & hwy 45 is 5 mins away and you can walk to the AMC 30 movie theater (how awesome is that). Me & my hubby look forward to living here for about 2 to 3 years (depending on the rent increase) after that we would like a house. The office staff Joelle & Kim seem very nice, I love how they live on property more

I have lived at White Oak for 2.5 years and just renewed for another year. This is the first and only apartment I have lived at in Houston. After moving here in 2012, I became very familiar with the areas to live and still think crossing at while oak offers the best location, unit, amenities and staff for the price. My number one factor in determining where to live is location, especially more

I have been here a tad over 25 years and will probably never move. That says a lot. Quiet, clean and well maintained with fast repairs as you need them. Jeanette, our manager, takes her job seriously and is assuring that the property is a nice home for us all. Many of the residents are retired and home almost all of the time thereby keeping an eye out for the badguys, and so security is assured. more

Nightmare. From the day we moved in we were harassed by the upstairs neighbor. The staff was rude and it took several times to get maintenance to come out when it was needed. They would forget to write up our requests. Myself and other of my neighbors got many threats to remove our property from our balcony. Such as beach towels and floats drying after a day at the pool. Even though they have more

I have lived here for a year now and I truly love the location. I have had no issues except for parking which I can understand considering the apartments are always full. The staff has always been nice and friendly. I would highly recommend Le Renaissance to anyone who is looking to live in the memorial city area. Best place for the price. more

Since Sara left these apartments they are going down hill slowly, many of the residents have been complaining about their trash not being picked up by valet trash, which I think is jacked up since we have to pay a $30 monthly fee for this feature, and our trash isn't being picked up. I say if they don't pick it up don't pay it. I'd be more than happy to save me an extra $30 a more

I lived her about a year and a half ago. After searching for weeks in Houston I ended up here. It was actually a really pleasant surprise. The area isn't the best, but the apartments sit far back very close to a nice housing division. I have absolutely no noise complaints. The office girls were very pleasant and professional. I know people have complained on them, but its only because they more

This apartment complex feels like a haven after several negative experiences I've had with others. I hate feeling nickled and dimed, like a number instead of a person. Not so here. The staff is upfront and helpful - especially Medley, the apartment manager. Interactions with her are always pleasant and professional. As for the living itself, the noise level was a huge priority for me, since more

Ok. I moved into The Vanderbilt in February of 2014. I was completely taken by the manager at that time whose name was Laura. She was incredibly sweet and charismatic. I lived here for about 6 months and all was smooth sailing. Until thugs started to hang out in the stairways smoking drugs. Neighbors getting into knock out brawls having the cops kick their doors in. Neighbors robbing each other more
