Carrington Park at Gulf Pointe

11666 Gulf Pointe Drive, Houston, TX 77089

12/06/14 by anonymous:
I love Carrington, the 1x1 are so big (almost 900 sq feet) & for a reasonable price. The beltway & hwy 45 is 5 mins away and you can walk to the AMC 30 movie theater (how awesome is that). Me & my hubby look forward to living here for about 2 to 3 years (depending on the rent increase) after that we would like a house. The office staff Joelle & Kim seem very nice, I love how they live on property more

Gables CityWalk (formerly City Walk Apartments)

2828 Greenbriar Street, Houston, TX 77098

10/16/14 by Fried Okra:
Overall: good neighborhood, standard-issue apartments, friendly but disempowered staff, brutal towing policy. This complex was a lucky find for someone moving to Houston from out of state. The most obvious benefit of this complex is the neighborhood. It's in a rare walkable part of Houston, with lots of restaurants nearby. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are within a very short walk-I more

We moved in July 2014 and they have satisfied our family with exceptional service!!!! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a quiet and friendly environment to come here. Also they fix thing in a timely manner and if there's ever a problem the office staff handles it quickly. more

Hunter's Point

12580 Piping Rock, Houston, TX 77077

02/05/15 by Jeff Bichel:
I have been here a tad over 25 years and will probably never move. That says a lot. Quiet, clean and well maintained with fast repairs as you need them. Jeanette, our manager, takes her job seriously and is assuring that the property is a nice home for us all. Many of the residents are retired and home almost all of the time thereby keeping an eye out for the badguys, and so security is assured. more

I applied here after a HORRID experience with the staff at Kempwood Hollow. Brittany in the office is great. I dropped off my application with the money order and got an email about 2 hours later stating my approved status. They do factor how much your utilities (water, gas, trash) will be based on how many people will be residing in your apartment. Even with two of us, rent will still be under more

Lakebridge Apartments

300 Woerner Rd, Houston, TX 77090

Nightmare. From the day we moved in we were harassed by the upstairs neighbor. The staff was rude and it took several times to get maintenance to come out when it was needed. They would forget to write up our requests. Myself and other of my neighbors got many threats to remove our property from our balcony. Such as beach towels and floats drying after a day at the pool. Even though they have more

Le Renaissance Apartments

970 Bunker Hill Road, Houston, TX 77024

01/12/15 by anonymous:
I have lived here for a year now and I truly love the location. I have had no issues except for parking which I can understand considering the apartments are always full. The staff has always been nice and friendly. I would highly recommend Le Renaissance to anyone who is looking to live in the memorial city area. Best place for the price. more

Sawyer Heights Lofts

2424 Sawyer Heights Street, Houston, TX 77007

01/15/15 by jiannuzzo64:
This is my second year living at Sawyer Heights. I moved here under the former management company. There was an initial adjustment period after the transition until the team got their hands around the property. Now that the transition period is long ago (more than a year I think), it is smooth sailing. The staff is professional and helpful. I especially appreciate Jessica and Karmyn and more

The Edison (formerly Water Song Apartments)

11770 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077

10/23/14 by amariafrank:
This is a decent complex for the money. Maintenance is competent and efficient. The office staff is friendly and efficient as well. The landscaping is decent and it's close to great shopping and restaurants. You can walk right across the street to the grocery store/cleaners/coffee shops and a plethora of other cool places. The only complaint I had was the dumpsters were in full view, which is more

Camden Heights (formerly Midtown Heights)

404 Oxford Street, Houston, TX 77007

11/12/14 by anonymous:
Every apartment property is unique, and the same can be said for Camden Heights. The property is absolutely beautiful, it's in a great location that's minutes away from everything, and there are also A LOT of good-looking young professionals living here. The pool on the property is to die for, especially when there's a lot of fun people out -- if you like champs and sunshine, the more
