I have lived here for a year now and I truly love the location. I have had no issues except for parking which I can understand considering the apartments are always full. The staff has always been nice and friendly. I would highly recommend Le Renaissance to anyone who is looking to live in the memorial city area. Best place for the price. more

Milano Apartments

2500 Woodland Park Dr, Houston, TX 77077

I've been living at Milano for close to 3 years now. Everything was great. Yes, maintenance was a bit slow but nothing too bothersome. I don't normally write reviews but I can no longer sit silent. A few months ago, the property was bought by Harbour Group. They cleaned house by removing the old office staff and bringing in a new manager. The good thing is that they kept Ally ( more

I've lived at The Preserve at Cypress Creek for the past 5 years at that time we were under a different owner and our name was The Blenheim. I've never had a problem at all the whole time I've been a resident. I will recommend anyone to make this place their home. The staff is so geniune and very warming. So far, I am really enjoying living here. I am very impressed with how clean, fresh and new the apartment is. It's very luxiourious and the ammenities are awesome. I was a little confused about how to access the gym after business hours and about the way the valet trash works, but now I've got it down. more

Sawyer Heights Lofts

2424 Sawyer Heights Street, Houston, TX 77007

This is my second year living at Sawyer Heights. I moved here under the former management company. There was an initial adjustment period after the transition until the team got their hands around the property. Now that the transition period is long ago (more than a year I think), it is smooth sailing. The staff is professional and helpful. I especially appreciate Jessica and Karmyn and more

Settlers Ranch

11144 Fuqua Street, Houston, TX 77089

11/29/14 by anonymous:
My husband & I would have loved to lease a 1x1 at Settlers and although they had one available at the time we decided to look elsewhere. The area is prefect for our jobs and puts us right in between family & friends. For starters Settlers should consider updating their website, they seem very lazy in the leasing office, no guest cards to fill out, & no tour of the property. Prospective residents more

I lived her about a year and a half ago. After searching for weeks in Houston I ended up here. It was actually a really pleasant surprise. The area isn't the best, but the apartments sit far back very close to a nice housing division. I have absolutely no noise complaints. The office girls were very pleasant and professional. I know people have complained on them, but its only because they more

The Vanderbilt (Formerly Lodge At Dairy-Ashford)

12660 Medfield Drive, Houston, TX 77082

01/11/15 by anonymous:
Ok. I moved into The Vanderbilt in February of 2014. I was completely taken by the manager at that time whose name was Laura. She was incredibly sweet and charismatic. I lived here for about 6 months and all was smooth sailing. Until thugs started to hang out in the stairways smoking drugs. Neighbors getting into knock out brawls having the cops kick their doors in. Neighbors robbing each other more

Camden Heights (formerly Midtown Heights)

404 Oxford Street, Houston, TX 77007

11/12/14 by anonymous:
Every apartment property is unique, and the same can be said for Camden Heights. The property is absolutely beautiful, it's in a great location that's minutes away from everything, and there are also A LOT of good-looking young professionals living here. The pool on the property is to die for, especially when there's a lot of fun people out -- if you like champs and sunshine, the more
