Oh where do I begin. I use to live here back in 2006 when it was formerly Ashton Park and that was a nightmare. Moreover, I was recently looking for a new home to move into and wanted the same quality of life that I have been living in, in the galleria area but for a more affordable price. The Abbey at Enclave popped up on my search and I enjoyed the pictures and then realized that its the same more

I am happy to live in this community. The only problem is that it is very difficult to find a parking lot espescially at late night. There are too many reserve parking lots which are not used. And also the applicance like fridge, oven, microware are supper old and not energy-saving. more

My guy and I are in our late twenties and early thirties, respectively, and chose this apartment due to its proximity to downtown. We're both professionals and new to the area, thought it might be nice to get to know the neighborhood before buying. The neighborhood, as in the Heights, is fantastic. No question there. Lots to do, taste and see and a lot of it in walking distance. Now on more

I have lived here for a year and I am not renewing my lease primarily due to traffic. Traffic on Eldridge rd. Traffic on I10 especially. Traffic on Westheimer. Traffic was just awful for my daily commute. I like the amenities provided. Nice gym, and I made sure to take advantage of the fitness classes offered 5-6 days a week in the evening. The ladies in the front office are nice. I've never more

Due to the massive fire last night which caused a mass killing of rats, roaches, termites and who knows what else lives in the creases and crevices, I suddenly was reminded of the miserable year we spent at Hastings. You can expect murders, break-ins and muggings almost daily. Please do not go outside at night. Please do not trust the lock on your door. We pushed the couch up to the door every more

I have lived in this complex for over 8 years. After several management companies that seemed to only get worse I was ready to move. Luckily, a new management company took over around the first of the year. They have been fabulous and have started a multi million dollar renovation. Things such as new toilets, lighting, hardware, floors, appliances, a front door that actually closes easily, as more

I've lived at The Preserve at Cypress Creek for the past 5 years at that time we were under a different owner and our name was The Blenheim. I've never had a problem at all the whole time I've been a resident. I will recommend anyone to make this place their home. The staff is so geniune and very warming. I always call the property manager the BEST MANAGER on this side of 45!!!! more
