Oaks Of Cypress Station

1000 Cypress Station Drive, Houston, TX 77090

This has been a great place to live. Not perfect, but great. It's older but well maintained. A new company just took over and they say they are planning to do a full renovation inside and out. I'm very excited about that because that is all the place needed was a little hug. The new staff seems really nice. My favorite part of this place other than how close it is to 1960 and 45 is the more

I am a current resident at Pine Terrace Apartments and I really like the community. The courtyard is very pretty and I really like the renovations that are being done. I am a college student and I have lived in the dorms, but when I decided to move off campus I found this complex and I am really glad I did. In addition, the staff is also very helpful, kind, and friendly. I would definitely recommend more

I've just recently moved here a month ago, and I cannot say enough good things about this property. The apartments are under new management, which I feel that they have done a wonderful job trying to make the property much better. I don't know how it was before, but I know they are working hard to keep the residents happy. Obviously, the location is great! The pricing is practically a more

I've lived at The Preserve at Cypress Creek for the past 5 years at that time we were under a different owner and our name was The Blenheim. I've never had a problem at all the whole time I've been a resident. I will recommend anyone to make this place their home. The staff is so geniune and very warming. I always call the property manager the BEST MANAGER on this side of 45!!!! more

San Paloma

1255 Eldridge Parkway, Houston, TX 77077

I really like living here. Everyone gets covered parking at no cost, which is great during the summer. It's not a frat house out by the pool like some newer properties so I can actually enjoy myself. The location is excellent. Close to two dog parks and Terry Hershey park. Overall I would suggest this place to my friends. more

People who move into these apartments typically aren't people who can afford to base their decisions on reviews, but if you are one of the lucky ones, let me educate you a bit: My roommate and I lived there for one year. The only reason it wasn't as bad as it could have been was due to us being coworkers with a good portion of the residents. When we were shown the apartment, there were more

Broadstone West Eighteenth

Now I know why the BBB gives this management company an "F." JRK Management company is a joke. They get you in with all the sweet talk, and once in, they could care less about you. It was good in the beginning, but as time went on, they were quick to decline in their services, maintenance, clientele, and attitudes. When you move out, and you leave the apartment in pristine condition more

I lived here from September 2013-January 2015. I was working nearby at Williams Tower and wanted to be walking distance to the office. Overall, this place can't be beat for the price. This area is one of the best places for young professionals in Houston. Every other apartment complex in this area is 25% more expensive or so. It does have some occasional maintenance issues being an older more
