Memorial Creole

10220 Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77024

10/29/14 by MarianneLee:
My husband and I lived here from October 2013-2014. Unfortunately, we will be moving out this Friday at the end of October. We stayed here for a year and contemplated staying longer. However, we have a career change and a child on the way, so we are moving based upon our commute [work and school on the other side of town]. This complex will always remain in our hearts as our first place that we more

Meyerland Court Apartments

I have lived here at Meyerland Court for almost 5 years. I love my apt and patio!! If I wasn't moving out of the city, I would be renewing my lease again. Stephanie was the Asst Mgr when I leased here. She was terrific. Now she is the manager!! I was so happy when they made that change. She is wonderful. Addresses all your needs and is always so friendly. She always calls me by name. It makes more

Post Oak At Woodway

99 N Post Oak Ln, Houston, TX 77024

Wonderful place to live. The grounds are beautiful, the location is perfect, and the management and staff is like family. I've never once felt unsafe, since the property is completely gated, and constantly supervised by a 24/7 security guard. The gates are never left open due to malfunction, as most gated communities tend to be. The few times (power outages, etc), that the gates were unable more

Retreat at Westchase

2921 Briarpark Drive, Houston, TX 77042

We are current residents at this apartment. Overall a good apartment, but the manager kristin is very rude and doesn't have the ethics even to offer to sit when we go into the office. The maintenance round time is horrible. simple maintenance issues can take as much as two weeks and only after repetitive reminders. Also they jack up the rent every time you go to renew your lease. they more

The Abbey at Memorial

801 Country Place Dr, Houston, TX 77079

04/19/15 by anonymous:
The grounds and the community are great. The apartments are currently under renovations, so the maintenance issues I have had are understandable. I have to give the staff a lighter review because I have one complaint. Online emails, maintenance request, and phone calls go unanswered. It's frustrating at times because a lot of residents work 9-5 and I'm sure it's not easy to make it more

This is a fantastic place to live. The property was very well planned, with numerous examples in the details. The management and the level of service provided by the leasing staff, concierge, valets and maintenance is unparalleled. The value we receive everyday from living here far exceeds the associated costs. more

I have lived at the Amli Memorial Heights for the past year. I have really enjoyed my time here. The location is great, I can almost walk wherever I want to go or take a short cab ride. The staff is friendly and very easy to talk to. If you have a dog its a great place to live, several of the tenants have them as well and everyone is friendly. The only drawback I can think of is their exterior more

First off this is not a true 55+ complex! Only one person has to be 55 they can have children as young as 18 living there also! And I have seen many younger Adults or should I say Kids? living here since 2012 Which was not fully explained to me when I moved in. I have of recent found this out and I am not happy! I didnt move in here to have to deal with young children running around. When I more
