Sunset Shadows Apartments

9850 Meadowglen Ln, Houston, TX 77042

We had a severe roach issue after 2 months living there and repeatedly try all measures of extermination. Management had contracted a company to help with the problem but a nightmare was about to take place after. Just the very next day after the two men left and complete the job one (teen) in training attempts to rob our apartment in broad daylight. I had face to face contact so I already knew more

The Estates at Hollister Apartments (formerly Wynhaven at Hollister)

Was better when it was owned by Riverstone. Another company buys the place, jacks up the rent and tries to justify it buy adding new things to the property nobody wanted. Keeping it simple kept the rent lower. They have worked in improving the parking situation. more

This place is great. Lived here for a year before I moved back home (out of state). The ground were well kept, the maintenance staff was awesome, esp. Their housekeeper. If you need someone to watch your place or check your mail, talk to the office and they will get you squared away. The office staff is always great. Overall great location great neighbors and very very quite. I would live here more

I've been here for about eight months now.... and as far as the property goes it's nice, quiet and my neighbors are friendly. Aside from not having washer and dryer connection.it WAS a nice place to live. UNTil some idiot attempted to steal my car and caused 2500$worth of damage. The office staff wasn't helpful at all. I was not sure if I wanted to live here anymore.... instead of more

Great Value and close to work. The only problem I have is rent late after 2nd of month. Since I travel this is a big problem. The huge problem is after the 2nd only cashiers checks are taken. I can live with late fees but let me pay them online!- By CC more

Granite Club

8990 Richmond Avenue, Houston, TX 77063

The Granite is a great place to live in my opinion. They are quick to handle service issues and repairs. I have lived here for a while now and I also enjoy my neighbors. It is relatively quiet here all the time. I like the area because it's close to the shops/stores, restaurants,& Galleria. I've known Marie, Scott,Charlotte, & Nicole for a long time working on the property. Mona, the more

I was looking for an apartment close enough to where I work that I could walk each day. The reason I decided to move here was because it was a good value. It's far enough off of the main streets that you don't hear much traffic noise, but easy to get around. Close enough to walk to just about anything you need. The trees and landscaping are great, especially with being this close to the more

Sandpiper Apartments

10400 Sandpiper Dr, Houston, TX 77096

I lived at Sandpiper for two years, the space for the price you can't beat. Staff in office changed so often I could never memorize any name or face. Apartments (on the inside) have been remodeled and look very nice, my huge concern the whole time though was that someone would come into my apartment. Most of my neighbors moved due to crime in the area, some were even burglarized. I moved due more
