I have been living here for the past 2 years and always liked my stay. Apartment: The apartment is located on Woodland Park dr which does not get very crowded. There are grocery store nearby on Westheimer. The apartment is old so expect some old and broken appliances. The parking lot has ample space. Maintenance: Maintenance is quite bad here. It takes about 3 days before the issue is fixed more

OUTSTANDING COMPLEX!!...I have lived in this complex for the last two years and the current management and staff, which have been in place for appx the past nine months, are INCREDIBLE! 36Sixty is an amazing place to live. The staff is very nice and helps to solve any problems/inconveniences as soon as possible. I have had the best experience living at this apartment complex compared to any other apartment complexes. Carroll Green Trails

We moved into Carroll at Green Trails because of the location being close to our careers in the energy corridor. We found out after we moved into the apartment it was INFESTED with german cockroaches! We had to stay at a hotel because the front office was already closed. They put us in an empty apartment with our suitcases and two dogs until they could move us to another apartment a MONTH later! more

I have been living within this complex for just about a year and love it. I recently transferred to another floor plan within the complex (as my original lease was almost up) and the process both times, was smooth and easy. The office staff are friendly and very easy to work with! Specifically, Rachel, she goes above and beyond to help her residents and knows us by name. I feel safe and more

The most management changes I have ever been through with an apartment complex and each one is worse than the last. While the staff generally has stayed the same through each, their hands have become more tied, or they have grown to care less and less about their tenants. The Rent increases in the few years have been atrocious and exorbitant. $100-300 increases with very little negotiating room. more
