AMLI 2121 (formerly The Bel Air)

2121 Allen Parkway, Houston, TX 77019

I feel like no one from the staff ever walks the property. Someone thew up in my hallway and multiple phone calls over multiple days is what it took to get that cleaned up. Several times I have called the office informing them that first floor entrance doors aren't closing or locking properly... I wonder why rashes of breaking and entering occur? Not. There was over a week of time that went more

Broadstone Memorial

875 N Eldridge Pkwy, Houston, TX 77079

We have lived at Broadstone Memorial for a year now and just signed another years lease. We love it. We have a small apartment and live on the firehouse side. We recently installed blackout curtains and we no longer hear the fire engines leaving. Everything that people complained about we have not seen except the crime. This is the city of Houston people...crime is terrible here. We have never had more

La Casita Apartments

There has been many different managements since I lived here, but the one that is currently here has done many improvements much more than the others. They have kept it clean, and planted trees. I have to admit I hate washing dishes and the apartment doesn't have a dishwasher, only think I actually don't like. I am quite happy here. more

I have lived here for a year and it has been a nice place to live in. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The apartments are well taken care of. Management responds quickly. The office staff is always friendly and available. I would definitely recommend these apartments to my friends. more

I'm torn between what I think it should be to what it actually is. I was accepted here 2 years ago with and eviction, am not going to talk down on the apartment because up into 1 month ago I wanted to switch into a One Bedroom but now that have really switched things up increased the price and am a common minded individual and I know prices change and that's not even my problem my more

57 Off Memorial Apartments

160 Birdsall St, Houston, TX 77007

I have lived at 57 off Memorial for 4 years now. Condition of the property is horrible, very old and in dangerous for children or anyone for that matter. Some example are dirty laundry rooms, old machines that are always broken, air condition always has an issue (we have even been without air condition up to a 1 week and charge for it!), stairs to the second floor steel iron steel is so old that more

Premier on Woodfair

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE!! First off the there are prostitutes inside and outside the apartments, there's drug trafficking, and beggars. There is a lot of young individuals that stay in the apartments that are noisy. Honestly in my unit I did not have a problem until someone broke into my apartment ... Through the window ! Management tried to imply that I left it open but more

Republic Hollow Tree

101 Hollow Tree Lane, Houston, TX 77090

I moved in here and thought it was a great place to live, protected by security, gated community, they also said it had cameras, and overall thought it was a beautiful apartment living. After two months of living here I got broken into and the apartment did nothing for me except come to fix my door, which they didn't fix very well. It had holes in the edges where you could hear people inside more

There are some nice things about this apartment complex, but overall there is no security in place to keep out any theives or burglars. Both my apt and my car have been broken into, and there is nothing that has changed in regards to increasing security at this complex. The management turns a blind eye and has not implemented anything to help improve this. The gate to the apt complex is always more
