Background on me: I lived at VOTL from 2010-2015. I had a one bedroom on the side closer to NASA Road 1, then a 2 bedroom with attached garage on the opposite side of the complex. Pros: -Maintenance Staff super friendly and professional and always there quickly - Amenities are top notch. The questionnaire is much too long. One thing a failed to mention is that there are also many problems with free running dogs and dogs that bark a lot (however, the worst dogs barking-wise reside in the neighboring properties on the east side. more

I just moved in a month ago, and already have had so many problems with management. I have been for four days without an AC. When asked if they could fix it the staff told me that it was not an emergency covered in the contract. Even though if you call the automated service and go through the list of problems one of them is clearly AC. The place is good but they do get on to you for sound even more

Preakness Of Cypress Station

210 Wells Fargo Dr, Houston, TX 77090

I have been there for almost two years. The first year was okay. Two months ago my daughter walked in on the maintenance man doing #2 in my bathroom. Walked out and began to talk and did not even attempt to wash his hands. Last month maintenance came in to fix the sink, the next day I went to put on my diamond tennis bracelet and it was missing and my rings had been moved around as if someone had more

I have lived here for the past 5 years now and I love it!!! When I started looking 5 years ago I wanted something quiet, close to my work, and that I didn't have to pay a lot for. This place has it all, plus I have a garage that is attached to my apartment (I believe all of them have one). The price is reasonable, and it's right by the beltway which makes it easy for me to get to work. more

Steeple Crest

11220 West Road, Houston, TX 77065

Pros: This place is great. It's right behind HEB so I can walk there for groceries. There is no noise. Plenty of parking. I feel safe here. And I work until 2am so the good spots right in front of my apartment are always taken. So I walk from the empty part of the lot which could be scary, but it really isn't. There is plenty of lighting, and if you ever see people that late, they are more

Last night they were shooting! Yesterday I watched as a man changed his baby's poop diaper and throw it in the parking lot. All the teenagers bust holes in the fence to make the commute to & from the corner store shorter & so they can smoke weed without getting caught. Some kids were shooting out windows with a Bebe gun in January. The trash area is always a mess. The roaches are beyond more
