07/30/14 by anonymous: DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Infested with roaches and fleas inside and outside the apartment. The ac doesn't cool. Many of the residents here have window units they have purchased themselves, with no reimbursements, to keep their apts cool. (Including myself). When a complaint is made about the ac, the office staff simply says "we'll put in a work order" but it takes weeks if not more

Maintenance men are very messy when the work in your apartment. 2 incidents within 2 months: resident robbed at gunpoint at mailboxes and break in and burglary. Good location. Customer aporeciation days occur w free food. Friendly office staff. I-10 access in 2 mins. Raised rent prices for renovations that I have to pay but my apartment won't get more

06/02/14 by anonymous: I cannot tell you how happy I am to be out of there. You definitely get what you pay for and now what you are getting is people in the parking lot all hours of the day and night, break-in's and people smoking pot at the pools.... The office staff is rude and absolutely useless. God forbid you have a complaint or actually require their help. I made it a point to only contact them when I more

10/29/14 by Verified Resident: Not perfect. Issues were not expected and did occur. Overall, I am pleased to live here. While moving in management called a tow truck to remove my truck with trailer from the premises. I had parked in front of my apartment in a no parking area due to my trailer causing my truck to be too long to park anywhere else. I never thought management would call a tow truck since I was moving in and had more

10/25/14 by anonymous: HORRIBLE APARTMENTS TO LIVE IN, Do yourself a favor and do not even consider!!! I had my car broken into and 2 thousand dollars worth of merchandise stolen, when I contacted management they told me to "call the police" because it wasn't their problem. When I called the police, they told me that 3 cars were stolen that night... Now, if I paid 600 a month then yeah, I would expect to more

09/13/14 by anonymous: I lived in these apartments for two years in two different apartment buildings. The first apartment was infected with mice. At night we could hear them in the wall. They sent Terminix and their maintenance men put out traps. The first day three mice were caught. They transferred me to another apartment that they swore did not have any pest problems at all. On day I went to my pantry and there was more
