A WEEK after consummating the deal she's told "sorry we rented it to someone more

I have been living at Westchase Forest Apartments for the last two years. I just started a new job that is a good distance from here so I started shopping around apartments closer to my job. I have seen some that are better priced and closer but after a couple of unpleasant experiences (while viewing other communities), I've decided I am just going to stay and renew my lease coming up here in more

Arbors on Westheimer

8501 Westheimer, Houston, TX 77063

Let me start off by saying that when I moved here three years ago I couldn't have loved it more. The staff in the office was friendly, it was a peaceful community and very clean with beautiful pool areas. The maintenance team was consistent and quick with repairs and I never worried about my safety. Oh how things have changed. Where should I begin? The new office staff is unpolite, more

We both met with the leasing agent Wil, and told him we just wanted to tour and see what the complex had to offer. First of all we were very impress with the knowledge that Wil had about the complex. I don't recommend no one to move there. At the end of your lease they try to keep your deposit even tho your apartment is clean they try to find things for you to pay for. When giving your 30 day notice they give you a list with a bunch of cleaning expenses for light bulbs, Windows and normal wear and tear on carpet. if you can avoid living there tryst me do so!!!! more

The Rice (formerly known as Post Rice Lofts)

909 Texas Street, Houston, TX 77002

I have lived in the Rice since 2012. Since Greystar has taken over the property, they have begun some much needed updates in both the building and the amenities available to the residents. Although the updates are sometimes a bit uncomfortable, the new management team is always very responsive to all requests and concerns. The finished result should prove to be a plus to all who live here. The only more
