Chartwell Court Apartments

I enjoy living here. It is a safe environment to live in and the neighbors are very friendly. Despite minor bug skirmishes (fear of bugs), their apartment are very clean and the maintenance staff are very helpful. I usually receive a response from the staff and maintenance within a week for non urgent request. more

Park at River Oaks

The bldg. is old, old, old and they're not taking care of it anymore. Owner spends money on landscaping and on the garage, but that's it. Hallways have needed painting for years, but they've been neglected, so the place looks cheap and run-down. If you visit on a humid day you'll see all the water seeping through the hallway walls, making them look dark gray rather than pink. more

I am a returning resident to The Ravenaux Apartments after owning a house for several years. So lets start by saying my first time renting was back in 2003 I had a 1 bedrrom study on the 1rst floor with a garage. The apartment at the time was most definitley the best around, great amenities and awesome residents, the staff was always polite and ready to help. So this time when I found myself more

Briarwood Village Apartments

2215 Avenida La Quinta Street, Houston, TX 77077

Overall the experience was great it's big complex and the area is well hidden and private. I have had no problems yet so far. The only thing is I wish it had a little bit more parking space available as it is first come first served. But the pool area is also mice as well and the staff was very friendly. more

Good, nice up scale apartment. Not crazy about AT&T, or not being able to drop a check by the office as you want me to do it on line. I don't do on line if I can help it, but you make me. The notices you put on the doors should be removed when the residents don't pick them up in a week as they have probably moved and it is trashy. the lack of an elevator means some friends can't visit as they more

The Grove at White Oak

1710 West T.C. Jester, Houston, TX 77008

The areas around my office in spring are very far detached from the city, and doesn't give one a good image of what the Houston City is really like. The grove is right at the feeder for 290 and 610, right within the inner loop (cultured and fun part of Houston) while still being right next to the main freeway going out to spring/cypress. While it is further away I'm sure from spring more

I've been living here for about a month and I must say that the move-in experience has been the smoothest that I've ever had in Houston. Kim and Delva are super sweet and professional. Whenever I'm in the leasing office I get the feeling of warmth and appreciation. The maintenance staff is suburb. Things are handled quickly and efficiently. All of the residents that I've more

I've lived in two separate units in this complex and it's great if you love ants and toilets that don't flush! We've had ant infestation problems for over a year, and when i called to complain, Niki (the office manager) told me to "pour bleach down the drain." I don't pay over 1k a month to pour bleach down my drain! They force you to pay for pest control, but more

Camden Woodson Park (Formerly Verde Woodson Park)

14633 Woodson Park Drive, Houston, TX 77044

I would recommend living at Camden Woodson Park. I enjoy living in a community that is quiet and family friendly. The property is close to HEB, doctors, a middle and high school, and shopping. I work in the Museum District, and my commute is never more than an hour each way. There are electrical problems in several buildings, but this is a CenterPoint issue, and management has been working more

I have lived here since January 2015, I first was very skeptical due to the surrounding area, but I love it here! Maintenance and office staff are friendly and prompt when needed. They are never hesitant to answer any of my questions. Very quiet community and dog friendly. My pup and I enjoy the "Bark Park" often and made friends with surrounding neighbor pups quickly.Aside from putting more
